Conversie facuta de doi agenti, dupa regula noua din STYLE.md. Diagramele de pret nu mai sunt candele izolate, ci serii continue de 25-45 de bare, cu panou de volum si medie mobila unde textul le cere. 15.10: double bottom cu ambele intrari (DA 5.00R / NU 0.58R) pe aceeasi serie, ABCD Nike cu volum, wedge BABA cu limitele desenate din coordonate, ORB MARA pe 3 minute, doji weekly + trigger pe 60 de minute. 23.09: doji ca trigger, marabuzu cu retest la jumatate, SMA-20 in doua grafice (bull si bear), LABU. 01: diagrama de pret convertita. Fiecare serie e construita cu from_closes si are assert pe nivelurile afirmate in text (structura picioarelor, R-ul din eticheta, SL-ul sub low, fara umbre la marabuzu, prima inchidere sub SMA). Proza e neschimbata. Plus transcrierile 23_29072025 (terminata) si 24_15072025 (in curs). # Q&A 25.08.2026 — MP² pe short, money management pe 2 poziții, Commitment of Traders
|

Sesiune de ~58 min. Mai jos, doar întrebările cu valoare de învățare, fiecare

## MP² pe short: care pivot trebuie să treacă sub care
|
|
|
|
Întrebare din sală: în prezentarea MP² la short, descrierea zice un lucru, dar
|
|
cele trei exemple arată la fel ca la long. Bogdan a confirmat pe loc că e o
|
|
eroare în slide și că îl reface.
|
|
|
|
**Regula reală, în ambele direcții:**
|
|
|
|
- **Long** — pivotul de pe time frame-ul **mic** trece **deasupra** pivotului
|
|
de pe time frame-ul **mare**.
|
|
- **Short** — fix invers: pivotul **mic** trece **sub** pivotul **mare**.

**Merge pe orice pereche de pivoți, nu doar daily/weekly.** PPD sub PPW,
|
|
PPW sub PPM, PPM sub PPQ — orice combinație în care unul e de pe un
|
|
time frame mai mic decât celălalt. Citat: "nu contează că e PPD, PPV, PPM
|
|
sau PPQ, orice variantă funcționează".
|
|
|
|
**De ce te interesează, mecanic:** pivotul e media (high + low + close) a
|
|
perioadei anterioare — adică prețul mediu la care s-a tranzacționat efectiv
|
|
în acea perioadă. Când pivotul zilei trece sub pivotul săptămânii, înseamnă
|
|
că prețul mediu al ultimei zile a coborât sub prețul mediu al ultimei
|
|
săptămâni: cumpărătorii care au intrat săptămâna trecută sunt acum, în medie,
|
|
pe pierdere. Ei devin vânzători la prima revenire spre breakeven — de aici
|
|
presiunea de vânzare, nu dintr-o "regulă de indicator".
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
## Ce înseamnă "2 poziții" în money management
|
|
|
|
Întrebarea: slide-ul zice "de utilizat două poziții, poziția 1 la TP1,
|
|
poziția 2 la BE". Ce înseamnă concret?
|
|
|
|
**Răspuns: înseamnă că mărimea totală trebuie să fie multiplu de 2**, ca să
|
|
poți închide exact jumătate. Dacă vrei 20 de bucăți, deschizi două ordine de
|
|
câte 10. Dacă vrei 100, deschizi 50 + 50.
|
|
|
|
**De ce nu deschizi unul singur și închizi parțial:** pentru că nu toate
|
|
platformele te lasă. TradeStation te lasă (deschizi 100, închizi pe parcurs),
|
|
dar platforma pe care o folosește el pentru euro nu permite închidere
|
|
parțială — dacă ai deschis un ordin de 20, nu poți ieși decât cu tot 20.
|
|
Verifică-ți platforma **înainte** de trade, nu când vrei să iei TP1.
|
|
|

|
**Regula "4&5" (mută SL-ul la breakeven după 60% din drum) se aplică doar
|
|
înainte de TP1.** Logic: după ce ai atins TP1, poziția 1 e închisă și ai
|
|
rămas cu una singură — care oricum e pe trail, nu pe SL fix. Confuzia din
|
|
sală venea exact de aici.
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
## Trail: de ce candela deschisă te poate păcăli
|
|
|
|
Întrebare: când prețul se întoarce și îți încalcă trail-ul, se închide
|
|
poziția?
|
|
|
|
Da — dar atenție la **când** citești încălcarea. Trail-ul e o linie (bull
|
|
trail la long, bear trail la short). Dacă te uiți intrabar, pe candelă
|
|
deschisă, prețul poate depăși linia și apoi să se retragă până la închidere.
|
|
Ai ieșit degeaba.
|

|
|
## Ce e trigger valid pentru MDSRT
|
|
|
|
Întrebare: nu găsesc indicatorul de trigger din Radar Screen pentru MDSRT.
|
|
|
|
**Răspunsul pe conținut:** la MDSRT trigger-ul poate fi **oricare** dintre
|
|
cele trei — BIM, BIH sau BID: Buy Momentum, Buy Hammer sau Buy Doji. Nu e
|
|
nevoie să apară toate. La short, simetric: Sell Momentum, Sell Hammer,
|
|
Sell Doji.
|
|
|

## Un short care a mers doar pe jumătate (Modul 3, lecția 5 — MP4)
|

|
Întrebare punctuală din sală, cu minut din video (34:15): de ce ai ales acel
|
|
trigger? Bogdan a recunoscut o greșeală de desen — trigger-ul corect e
|
|
**prima candelă Sell Momentum** de după high, nu a doua pe care o marcase el.
|
|
|
|
Regula pe care a formulat-o cu ocazia asta, și care contează mai mult decât
|
|
exemplul: **ia primele semnale.** Dacă primul semnal nu e valid, poți lua al
|
|
doilea, dar primul e cel bun statistic. (Contextul: el arătase și Sell the Rip
|
|
— continuare de trend — nu doar Buy the Dip, iar sala confundase cele două.)

**De ce e util că am păstrat exemplul ăsta:** e singurul din sesiune care nu
|
|
e de manual. Citatul lui: "nu s-a dus chiar 1.35%, dar a prins ideea".
|
|
Un setup care merge în direcția bună dar se oprește la 0.62R e rezultatul
|
|
normal, nu excepția.
|
|
|
|
**Notă de context pe care a adăugat-o:** SL-ul peste high (nu sub un nivel
|
|
mai apropiat) merge la el pentru că tranzacționează **opțiuni pe time frame
|
|
mare**, swing trading. Pe acțiuni cumpărate direct, cu bani puțini, un stop
|
|
atât de larg e prea scump — "pe probleme nu poți să faci chestia asta".
|
|
|
|

## Un long de 1:4 — Inverted Head & Shoulders la suport major
|

**Cifrele lui, verificate în lecție:** risc 3.92%, "3.92 ori 4 înseamnă 16%",
|
|
iar mișcarea reală măsurată pe grafic a fost **12%**, într-o lună (începutul
|
|
lui aprilie → începutul lui mai).
|
|
|
|
**Partea cu ETF-ul cu levier:** aceeași mișcare, tranzacționată prin SPXL
|
|
(ETF cu levier 3x pe S&P), înseamnă **20-30%** în loc de 12%. Asta e
|
|
argumentul lui pentru MBT-10 ("cum crești rapid un cont mic") — nu opțiuni,
|
|
pentru că la opțiuni ai problema de lichiditate de mai jos.
|
|
|
|
**De ce a funcționat, dincolo de pattern (completarea mea):** intrarea nu era
|
|
doar un pattern tehnic. Erau trei lucruri suprapuse în același punct — suport
|
|
quarterly, double bottom și neckline de I&S. Când trei niveluri independente
|
|
cad în aceeași zonă, ordinele de cumpărare ale unor participanți diferiți
|
|
(swing traderi pe pivoți, cei care urmăresc patternuri, cei care cumpără la
|
|
suport) se execută simultan. Asta e ce face diferența între un breakout care
|
|
ține și unul care eșuează — nu "forța" patternului.
|
|
|
|

## Unde pui take profit când nu ai o țintă calculată

Întrebare: dacă intri discreționar, ieși tot discreționar?
|

**Regula:** te uiți sub ultimul swing low cel mai jos (la short: peste cel
|
|
mai înalt swing high) și pui ținta acolo.

## De ce breakout-urile nu mai fac retest
|
|
|
|
Observație a lui, nu întrebare din sală, dar e cea mai practică din sesiune:
|
|
**în ultimii ani, bottom-urile nu mai fac retest.** Mai ales la Inverted Head
|
|
& Shoulders. Dacă aștepți double bottom sau pullback la neckline, pleacă
|
|
fără tine.
|
|
|
|
**Mecanismul: short squeeze.** Nu e o schimbare de modă, e o schimbare de
|
|
structură a ordinelor.
|
|
|
|

**De ce cumpărarea forțată elimină retest-ul (completarea mea, dar e
|
|
mecanismul din spatele afirmației lui):** un retest se formează pentru că,
|
|
după breakout, o parte din cumpărători iau profit și prețul se relaxează
|
|
înapoi spre nivel. Într-un short squeeze nu există relaxare: cei rămași short
|
|
sunt pe pierdere care crește, iar brokerul îi lichidează automat dacă nu ies
|
|
singuri. Ordinul lor de ieșire este *buy to cover* — o cumpărare la piață,
|
|
insensibilă la preț, care trebuie executată **acum**. Vânzătorii care ar fi
|
|
creat retest-ul nu apucă să miște prețul, pentru că fiecare vânzare e imediat
|
|
absorbită de cineva forțat să cumpere. De aia mișcarea e verticală și fără
|
|
pauză.
|
|
|
|
Citat din sesiune: "ăștia se panichează și închid cu buy to cover, toată
|
|
lumea face long și vezi exploziile astea masive".
|
|
|
|
**Ce faci practic:** dacă setup-ul e la un suport major și ai și context de
|
|
poziționare (vezi COT mai jos), intri **la trigger**, nu aștepți retest.
|
|
Confirmarea suplimentară pe care o așteptai nu mai vine.
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
## Merg strategiile și pe Forex / crypto / commodities?
|
|
|
|
Răspuns scurt: **da, pe orice.** MBT-10, MBAP, MP² merg pe Forex, Bitcoin,
|
|
crude oil, aur, zahăr, cafea, bonduri.
|
|
|
|
**De ce, mecanic:** toate se bazează pe pivoți, iar pivotul e calculat din
|
|
high, low și close. Adică sunt strategii de **price action**, nu de indicator
|
|
exotic. "N-a inventat nimeni roata asta — tot price action e, doar pus sub o
|
|
anumită formă."
|
|
|
|
**De ce le-a calibrat totuși pe indici:** S&P are 11 sectoare. Dacă indicele
|
|
e la bottom, înseamnă că majoritatea sectoarelor (sau cel puțin cele cu
|
|
pondere mare) sunt la bottom. Ai un semnal despre zeci de instrumente
|
|
deodată, nu despre unul.
|
|
|
|
**De ce Forex e totuși greu** — trei motive pe care le-a dat:
|
|
|
|
1. Se mișcă puțin, deci ai nevoie de levier mare ca să conteze.
|
|
2. Trebuie să înțelegi politica monetară a **ambelor** bănci centrale.
|
|
La USDJPY: ce face Fed-ul **și** ce face Banca Japoniei, inclusiv
|
|
calendarele lor de ședințe.
|
|
3. O pereche e o fracție — te uiți la doi factori care se mișcă independent.
|
|
|
|
**Soluția lui: nu te uita la pereche, uită-te la cele două futures separat.**
|
|
6J (yen futures) și DX (dollar index), fiecare cu patternul lui.
|
|
|

**A doua soluție: corelații pereche ↔ indice.** EURUSD seamănă cu NASDAQ
|
|
(el a arătat un double bottom cu al doilea picior mai jos, în același punct
|
|
pe ambele). Dacă știi că o pereche merge în aceeași direcție cu un indice,
|
|
folosești direcția indicelui ca argument suplimentar. Tema pe care a dat-o
|
|
sălii: verifică singur perechile și vezi care seamănă cu care indice.

## Commitment of Traders: cum vezi un bottom cu 3-5 săptămâni înainte
|
|
|
|
Cel mai valoros concept din sesiune. Se citește pe **weekly**, în
|
|
indicatorul Market Picture / Commitment of Traders.
|
|
|
|
**Cine e cine:**
|
|
|
|
- **Linia albastră = mari comercianți** (commercials). Nu speculatori —
|
|
companii pentru care activul e **materie primă**. Pe valute: băncile
|
|
(JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley) — pentru că afacerea lor *este* schimbul
|
|
valutar. Pe aur: minele de aur și producătorii de bijuterii.
|
|
- **Linia albă orizontală = zero.** Sub ea = net short, deasupra = net long.
|
|
- **Speculatorii** = toți ceilalți, inclusiv JP Morgan când speculează,
|
|
inclusiv Warren Buffett, inclusiv retail-ul. "Dar noi suntem mici."

**Semnalul, formulat exact:** când linia albastră **vine din net short** și
|
|
se **apropie de** sau **trece deasupra** liniei de zero, se apropie un bottom.
|
|
Atenție la nuanță — el a insistat de două ori: *nu trebuie neapărat să treacă*
|
|
peste zero. Se poate doar apropia foarte mult și apoi să cadă înapoi, și tot
|
|
a marcat un bottom.
|
|
|
|
**Ce NU faci:** nu intri când vezi crossing-ul. E pe weekly, semnalul e cu
|
|
săptămâni înainte. Aștepți un pattern pe preț (buy doji, buy momentum,
|
|
double bottom).
|
|
|
|
**Ce se întâmplă după:** commercials se întorc în net short. Nu pentru că
|
|
devin bearish — fac **hedging**. Odată ce au cumpărat marfa ieftin, își
|
|
acoperă expunerea vânzând futures. (Bogdan a promis o lecție separată pe
|
|
hedging.)
|
|
|
|
**Cele patru exemple pe care le-a arătat live:**
|
|
|
|

| CL (crude oil) | commercials peste zero în oct. 2008 → bottom în feb. 2009 (buy hammer + buy momentum) — **4 luni** avans |
|
|
|
|
Exemplul CL e cel care arată limita metodei: pe crude oil, avansul a fost de
|
|
4 luni, nu 3-5 săptămâni. Citat: "fiecare piață are specificul ei".
|
|
|
|
**De ce funcționează, mecanic (completarea mea):** commercials nu prezic
|
|
piața — sunt **obligați** să tranzacționeze. O rafinărie trebuie să cumpere
|
|
țiței indiferent de părerea ei despre preț, iar când prețul e sub costul ei
|
|
de producție, cumpără agresiv și își blochează marja pe luni înainte. Ei nu
|
|
au luxul de a aștepta confirmarea, cum ai tu. De aia poziționarea lor se
|

## AAII Sentiment Survey ca indicator contrarian
|
|
|
|
Al doilea indicator de poziționare pe care l-a folosit, cu un exemplu din
|
|
propria experiență: la bottom-ul de după anunțul de tarife, AAII arăta
|
|
**66% bearish** — și prețul era la un suport quarterly. A scris public că e
|
|
bottom temporar; cineva care făcea Elliott Wave i-a spus că S&P mai cade 10%.
|
|
A fost bottom fix în ziua aia.
|
|
|
|
**Regula:**
|
|

**Condiția care se uită ușor:** sentimentul extrem contează **doar dacă

mijlocul unui range nu înseamnă nimic. În exemplul lui, cele două s-au
|
|
suprapus — de aia a avut încredere să scrie public.
|
|
|
|
Formularea lui, via Buffett: "ți-e frică când toți sunt lacomi și ești lacom
|
|
când tuturor le e frică".

## ATM Score: de ce cumperi AI și nu MARA
|
|
|
|
Când ai două acțiuni cu setup tehnic asemănător, fundamentalul decide care.
|
|
ATM Score e un scor din 14, calculat din bilanț, cont de profit și pierdere
|
|
și cash flow: are datorii sustenabile, încasează, are profit, are cash flow
|
|
să plătească furnizorii.
|
|
|

**Nuanța pe care a adăugat-o singur:** MARA nu e "de evitat" absolut — merge

foarte bine când bubuie Bitcoin, pentru că e minier și acțiune de data center.

Dar fără catalizator, la egalitate de setup, iei scorul mare.
|
|
|
|
Exemplul de setup pe care l-a arătat pe AI: double bottom cu al doilea picior
|
|
mai jos + MP² long, la un nivel unde P/E era în partea inferioară a
|
|
intervalului istoric.

## Capcana spread-ului pe opțiuni la ETF-uri cu levier
|
|
|
|
Întrebarea implicită: dacă MBT-10 e despre creșterea rapidă a unui cont mic,
|
|
de ce ETF-uri cu levier și nu opțiuni?
|

|
|
**Pentru că pe opțiuni pe instrumente nelichide, spread-ul te omoară.**
|

Citat: "intri și în secunda următoare ești cu 30% pierdere". Pe **acțiuni**
|
|
spread-ul e ok; problema e specifică opțiunilor pe instrumente nelichide.
|
|
|
|
**Observația lui despre lichiditate, care merită reținută:** "cei care
|
|
tranzacționează opțiuni înțeleg cu adevărat ce e lichiditatea — nu jucăria
|
|
de care vorbesc ăștia în SMC". Pe opțiuni lichiditatea nu e un concept
|
|
teoretic desenat pe grafic, e diferența bid/ask pe care o plătești.
|
|
|
|
**Concluzia practică:** pentru mișcări pe indici, ETF cu levier 2x/3x
|
|
(SPXL etc.) în loc de opțiuni — ai levier fără spread.
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
## Black Swan: ce e și de ce contează pentru toamnă
|
|
|
|
Avertismentul cu care a încheiat partea tehnică: fiți prudenți cu money
|
|
management-ul în septembrie-octombrie. Motivul: trezoreria americană și
|
|
Fed-ul bagă lichiditate masiv ca să țină piața în uptrend, iar asta poate
|
|
sfârși într-un **eveniment de lichiditate**.
|
|
|
|
**Definiția lui, care e mai utilă decât cea din manuale:** un Black Swan nu e
|
|
"o știre proastă". E **absența ordinelor între două prețuri**.
|
|
|

**De ce e mai mult decât o curiozitate:** stop-loss-ul nu e o garanție de
|
|
preț, e un ordin care se activează la un nivel și se execută la **primul preț
|
|
disponibil**. Dacă nu există ordine între 27 și 10, riscul tău real nu e cât
|
|
ai calculat. Singura apărare e mărimea poziției, nu plasarea SL-ului.
|
|
|
|
**Analogia lui:** earnings-ul e un mini Black Swan — de aia face gap up sau
|
|
gap down. Diferența e că la earnings știi data dinainte.
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
## TradeStation: multi-data pe grafic și timeframe-ul pentru M2D
|
|
|
|
Partea de platformă, pentru cine își reface setările:
|
|
|
|
- **Adaugi al doilea simbol:** `Data > Add Symbol`. Apare ca Data 2.
|
|
Poți avea Data 1... Data 50, "dacă te ține procesorul".
|
|
- **Modifici un simbol existent:** `Data > Edit Symbol` — acolo ai Data 1 și
|
|
Data 2 separat. Dacă ai un singur simbol, nu apare Data 2 de loc.
|
|
- **Ascunzi al doilea simbol** (ca să nu-ți ocupe spațiu jos):
|
|
selectezi Data 2 → `Customize > Scaling > Sub Graph: Hidden`. Există în
|
|
continuare, doar nu se vede.
|
|
- **Timeframe-ul pentru M2D nu se schimbă din bara de sus.** Trebuie
|
|
`Edit Study` și modifici acolo time frame-urile. Asta era întrebarea din
|
|
sală — se încerca din bara de simbol și nu funcționa.
|
|
|
|
Exemplul dat: Netflix ca Data 1, SPY ca Data 2, ca să compari direct
|
|
performanța relativă.
|
|
|
|

## Ce am lăsat afară
|
|
|
|
12 secvențe fără valoare de învățare: probleme cu hard disk-ul unui
|
|
participant, share screen, căutat slide-uri și hârtii pe birou, programul de
|
|
vacanță, traficul la podul Giurgiu, discuția despre Reels și microfoane,
|
|
anunțuri de acces la Modulul 5/6 și programul următorului Q&A. Niciun
|
|
conținut tehnic nu a fost eliminat.
|
|
|
|
**Menționat, nu detaliat** (urmează lecții dedicate, conform promisiunilor
|
|
din sesiune): hedging-ul pe opțiuni, ciclurile macroeconomice
|
|
(inflație / deflație / stagflație), un material despre crize.
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
## Ce e completare a mea, dincolo de transcriere
|
|
|
|
- Mecanismul pivotului (de ce media high/low/close a perioadei anterioare
|
|
generează presiune de vânzare când e depășită).
|
|
- Explicația mecanică a lipsei de retest la short squeeze (lichidarea forțată
|
|
produce ordine de cumpărare insensibile la preț).
|
|
- De ce poziționarea commercials anticipează prețul (sunt obligați comercial
|
|
să tranzacționeze, nu emit o opinie).
|
|
- De ce suprapunerea a trei niveluri independente face breakout-ul să țină.
|
|
- Aritmetica spread-ului (+43% ca să revii pe zero dintr-un -30%).
|
|
- Observația că stop-loss-ul e un ordin de activare, nu o garanție de preț.
|
|
- Toate diagramele — sunt construite, la scară, pe cifrele din sesiune.
|
|
Cursul nu livrează imagini, iar pipeline-ul păstrează doar audio → text.
|
|
|
|
Cifrele pe exemplele SPY (555 / 577 / 646, 1.35% / 0.84%, 3.92%) sunt cele
|
|
măsurate de el live pe grafic în sesiune. Nivelurile exacte de pe diagramele
|
|
de pivoți, trail și triggere sunt reconstruite pe aceeași scară, ca să fie
|
|
lizibile — el nu a citit cifre pentru ele.
