chore: backend pe portul 8001 și ignoră .pids

Portul 8000 e folosit de alt proiect (roa2web) în acest mediu; mut
backend-ul space-booking pe 8001 și actualizez proxy-ul Vite `/api`
în consecință, ca cele două să coexiste. Adaug `.pids` în .gitignore.
