Aside from the properties, this is mostly about use of parameters and settings outside the chain of inheritance.

7b0edae0dc Problems with recreation of dev folders 
Running ReCreate_FoxBin2Prg.prg will raise an error about TESTS\FXUResults.db2
This error is intended, only a bit surprising.
Documatation gives a better hint,
also what to download for dev and runtime as better visible
fixing #111
