Claude Agent e58763d26d 04_selectia: ultimele doua diagrame (rvol, trinity) 
Pasul 6 si cele 3 stele, singurele doua marcaje ramase LIPSA.
Ambele conceptuale, dupa tiparul lui selectia_scor / selectia_cadrane.
Singurul prag desenat la RVOL e 100 %, cat da sursa; trinity ilustreaza
doar sensul din acest capitol (RS + Power + volum in cadranul 1).

Assert-urile masoara in pixeli raportul bara/medie (2.00 si 0.61), deci
o schimbare de scara sau de serie face eticheta sa pice, nu sa minta.

# 4. Selecția simbolului (pe ce te uiți, înainte de orice strategie)
**Etichete:** `long` `short` · filtru de dinaintea unei strategii de
`swing` / `position` · `acțiuni US` `BVB` · dificultate `3/5` (pe BVB `4/5`,
totul de mână) · merge pe prop (cont finanțat de o firmă): da, ca prefiltru —
nu deschide poziții · merge pe BVB: parțial, cu unelte calculate manual
**Cum citești capitolul:** textul e explicația mea a materialului de curs și
nu adaugă reguli peste el; acolo unde materialul nu spune, completez, iar
bucata aceea începe cu **Completare proprie**. Diagramele sunt exemple
construite; la ULTA și HIG doar cifrele marcate ca atare sunt ale cursului.

# Nivelul 1 — Din avion
## Ce face selecția
Un buy doji — candela de echilibru după o scădere, cu care începe capitolul
[`01_buy_doji.md`](01_buy_doji.md) — arată la fel pe o companie sănătoasă și
pe una care se duce în jos. Pattern-ul nu îți spune care e care. Selecția o
spune: te uiți întâi la ce e **sub** desen (bilanț, sector, nivel, volum) și
abia apoi la desen.
Ordinea e tot ce contează. Mulțimea deschide graficul, vede un pattern și
abia după aceea se întreabă dacă simbolul merită. Aici e invers: îngustezi
lista de la mii de simboluri la câteva idei, apoi aștepți pe ele semnalul de
intrare. Cursul o spune direct — tehnicul „filtrează 90 % din căcaturile din
piață. Dar nu este suficient" [sic], iar datele fundamentale sunt filtrul
care crește edge-ul la swing și la investiții.
**Selecția nu e trigger.** Un scor de 11 sau trei stele nu îți spun *când*
intri. Ele îți spun pe ce să te uiți; momentul intrării rămâne al strategiei
de intrare (buy doji, MBT-10, MP4-1). Dacă reții un singur lucru din
capitolul ăsta, ăsta e.

## Unde se oprește selecția
Exemplul cursului e ULTA, scos de scanerul de Buy Doji. Diagrama arată ce
citește selecția pe el și unde se oprește — intrarea, stopul și ținta nu
apar pe desen, pentru că nu aparțin acestui capitol.

ULTA e util tocmai pentru că **nu** e exemplul care merge: trigger-ul e
acolo, dar filtrul de selecție îl taie de două ori (vezi
[exemplele de la nivelul 3](#exemple)). Asta e linia dintre cele două
lucruri, văzută pe un caz real.
## Mini-glosar
Termenii comuni cu celelalte capitole (doji, trigger, stop-loss, 1R, long,
short, swing, timeframe) sunt definiți în
[`01_buy_doji.md`](01_buy_doji.md) și nu se redefinesc aici. Ce urmează e ce
apare în plus în capitolul ăsta.
- **Scanner** — fereastra din platformă în care ceri toate simbolurile care
îndeplinesc niște condiții („close peste 30 $, volum peste 500.000, buy
doji pe ultima candelă") și primești o listă. Într-o zi obișnuită scoate
între câteva și câteva zeci de rânduri; exemplul de scaner din curs a dat
16 rezultate.
- **Universul de scanare** — mulțimea pe care o interoghezi: `All Stocks`
(~13.000 de simboluri), `All NYSE` (~2.900) sau S&P 500. Cu cât universul
e mai mare, cu atât filtrele de mai jos contează mai mult.
- **Radarscreen** — o listă fixă, deschisă permanent, pe care rulează
aceleași coloane ca în scanner. Cursul lucrează cu maximum ~300 de
simboluri: cele 11 sectoare S&P × primele 10 companii din fiecare.
- **Lichiditate** — cât de ușor intri și ieși fără să miști singur prețul.
Se măsoară prin volumul mediu zilnic: la 2,4 milioane de acțiuni pe zi
ordinul tău de 200 de acțiuni nu se vede; la 180.000 pe zi, se vede.
- **Volum mediu zilnic** — media numărului de acțiuni tranzacționate pe zi,
pe ultimele luni. Pragul din capitol: cel puțin 500.000, ideal peste
1 milion.
- **F-score (Piotroski)** — un scor de la 0 la 9: nouă întrebări cu DA/NU
despre bilanț, profit și cash flow (ROA pozitiv? cash flow operațional
pozitiv? datoria pe termen lung scade? etc.), fiecare DA valorează un
punct. Benzile: 0-3 slab, 4-5 mixt, 6-7 solid, 8-9 foarte puternic. E o
metodă publică, o poți calcula singur din rapoartele companiei.
- **Value-score** — a doua jumătate a scorului, de la 0 la 5, care spune cât
de ieftină e acțiunea față de ce produce firma. E o coloană proprietară a
platformei: nu ai cum s-o recalculezi de mână.
- **ATM score** — suma celor două: F-score (maximum 9) + value-score
(maximum 5) = maximum 14. Un 12/14 înseamnă și business sănătos, și preț
rezonabil; un 7/14 e „galben", intră în analiză dar nu e prioritar.
- **Cash flow operațional** — banii intrați efectiv din activitatea firmei
într-un trimestru, spre deosebire de profitul contabil. O companie poate
raporta pierdere și totuși să aibă cash flow pozitiv — atunci stă în
picioare.
- **P/E forward** — prețul acțiunii împărțit la profitul pe acțiune estimat
pentru anul următor. Un P/E mic contează doar dacă veniturile cresc; P/E
mic plus venituri în scădere e capcană, nu chilipir.
- **Sector** — una din cele 11 categorii S&P (sănătate, energie, financiar,
tehnologie…), fiecare cu ETF-ul ei (XLV, XLE, XLF, XLK…). Un ETF e un
simbol care conține tot coșul, deci îl citești ca pe „graficul
sectorului".
- **Rotație sectorială** — banii mari nu intră peste tot deodată, ci se mută
dintr-un sector în altul. O vezi când într-o singură zi scanerul îți dă 9
semnale din sănătate și câte 1-2 din restul.
- **Suport** — un nivel de sub preț de la care prețul s-a mai întors în sus
cel puțin o dată, pentru că acolo stau ordine de cumpărare. La ULTA,
suportul monthly de 355.48.
- **Pivot (PP, R1, S1)** — niveluri calculate din maximul, minimul și
închiderea perioadei trecute: `PP = (H + L + C) / 3`, `R1 = 2·PP − L`,
`S1 = 2·PP − H`. „Monthly" înseamnă calculate din luna trecută,
„quarterly" din trimestrul trecut. La ULTA, pivotul monthly de 383.74.
- **Proximitate față de nivel** — cât la sută e închiderea de azi deasupra
suportului (sau sub pivot). Pragul din capitolul ăsta: până la 3 %;
4 % „e cam departe". Atenție, e **altă măsurătoare** decât cea din
[`01_buy_doji.md`](01_buy_doji.md): acolo, 1-2 % se măsoară de la
low-ul doji-ului la nivel, ca parte din setup; aici, 3 % se măsoară de la
închiderea simbolului la nivel, ca filtru de pre-selecție, înainte să
existe vreun doji. Praguri diferite pentru că măsoară lucruri diferite.
- **Benchmark** — indicele față de care compari; pentru acțiuni US, SPY
(ETF-ul pe S&P 500). Pe BVB, indicele BET.
- **Relative strength (RS)** — un indicator care arată dacă simbolul se
mișcă mai bine sau mai prost decât benchmark-ul. Se desenează ca
histogramă (barele verticale) plus o medie mobilă peste ea. Dacă SPY a
urcat 2 % și simbolul 6 %, RS-ul e pozitiv și în creștere.
- **Media mobilă (MA)** — media ultimelor N valori, trasată ca linie. Aici
se trage peste histograma de RS și servește ca al doilea reper, pe lângă
linia de 0.
- **Cadranele RS** — clasificarea pe **două** axe: histograma față de 0 și
histograma față de media ei mobilă. Cadranul 1 = peste 0 și peste MA
(supraperformanță); cadranul 2 = sub 0 dar peste MA (îmbunătățire);
cadranul 3 = peste 0 dar sub MA (înrăutățire); cadranul 4 = sub 0 și sub
MA (subperformanță). Long se caută în 1-2, short în 3-4.
- **Relative volume (RVOL)** — volumul de azi împărțit la media ultimelor
**10** bare de volum. La 200 % se vinde sau se cumpără de două ori mai
mult decât într-o zi normală (cazul HIG); la 0.61, sub jumătate față de
normal (cazul ULTA). Indicatorul standard din platforme calculează media
pe 50 de bare — autorul cursului a schimbat-o la 10, deci cifra lui e mai
sensibilă la ziua curentă decât cea pe care o vezi din setările implicite.
Nu e o greșeală, e o alegere.
- **Power** — al treilea indicator proprietar al cursului, tot histogramă cu
medie mobilă și tot patru cadrane, care măsoară cât de susținut e trendul
curent. Formula nu e dată în material.
- **Trinity („3 stele")** — în capitolul ăsta înseamnă exact un lucru:
relative strength, Power și volumul, toate trei aliniate în cadranul 1 pe
același simbol. Doar o folosești ca sortare finală, când ți-au rămas prea
mulți candidați. Cuvântul apare în material și cu alte sensuri — la MDSRT
înseamnă cei trei indicatori în **divergență** simultană, iar într-o
sesiune de întrebări stelele se numără altfel (3 indicatori + bull
reversal + suport = 5 stele). Aici, „3 stele" = alinierea în cadranul 1,
și numai asta.
- **Scor -1** — nu e un scor mic, e absența datelor: platforma n-a primit
câmpul. Dai refresh și recitești; nu îl compara cu un 0.
## Fraza de decizie
> Mă uit doar la simbolurile lichide și scumpe cât să nu mișc eu prețul, cu
> scor fundamental bun, din sectorul care dă cele mai multe semnale azi, care
> stau la cel mult 3 % de un suport sau pivot după o scădere, cu relative
> strength în cadranul 1 sau 2 și relative volume peste 100 %. Ce rămâne
> intră pe o listă scurtă și stă acolo până apare trigger-ul — care e al
> altui capitol.
Pe short, singura diferență e că ceri cadranele 3-4 în loc de 1-2, pe o
piață generală slabă; restul filtrelor rămân identice. Exemplul de short din
capitol e HIG, la [nivelul 3](#exemple).

# Nivelul 2 — Procedura mecanică, în 6 pași
Aici nu alegi nimic. Rulezi pașii în ordine, pe lista pe care ți-a dat-o
scanerul. Dacă un simbol pică un pas, îl lași și treci la următorul. La
capătul celor șase pași ai o listă scurtă, nu o poziție deschisă.

## Pasul 1 — Universul și lichiditatea
**Alegi universul pe care rulează scanerul și scoți din listă tot ce e prea
ieftin sau prea rar tranzacționat.**
Universul e `All Stocks` (~13.000 de simboluri), `All NYSE` (~2.900) sau
S&P 500 — cu cât e mai mare, cu atât ai nevoie mai mare de filtrele de mai
jos. Pragurile sunt două, și trebuie trecute amândouă: **close peste
30-40 $** și **volum mediu zilnic de cel puțin 500.000 de acțiuni, ideal
peste 1 milion**.
Materialul spune regula asta în trei locuri și în trei feluri — „media pe 3
luni peste 1 milion", „minim 500.000", „filtrul de scaner pe volum mediu
≥ 500.000". E aceeași regulă, cu aceeași intenție, nu trei filtre care se
adună: 500.000 e podeaua, 1 milion e ce vrei de fapt.
Motivul e practic, nu estetic: pe un simbol subțire ordinul tău e cel care
mișcă prețul, deci intri mai scump și ieși mai ieftin decât arată graficul.
Pe unul prea ieftin, mișcările de câțiva cenți devin procente mari și stopul
se lovește din zgomot.

Amândouă condițiile, nu una: un simbol de 24 $ cu 3,1 milioane de acțiuni pe
zi pică pe preț, iar unul de 72 $ cu 180.000 de acțiuni pe zi pică pe volum.
**Treci mai departe doar dacă** simbolul închide peste 30-40 $ și are volum
mediu zilnic de cel puțin 500.000 de acțiuni.

## Pasul 2 — Scorul fundamental
**Deschizi coloana de scor și te uiți cât are simbolul din 14.**
ATM score = F-score (maximum 9) + value-score (maximum 5). Ce te
interesează e **peste 7-8**; **12-13** e ce cursul numește „spuma", adică
prioritatea. Un 7/14 e „galben": îl păstrezi, dar nu-l verifici primul.

**Sub 7 nu e excludere.** În material analiza a continuat și la 4/14, și la
6/14 — scorul **departajează** între candidați, nu respinge. „5 din 14, ăla
are 13 din 14. Păi, mai bine ăla decât celălalt" [sic] e exact modul în care
îl folosește. Pragul sub care chiar n-ar mai analiza un simbol **nu e dat
nicăieri în material**; nu îl inventa.
Ce respinge, totuși, cu adevărat — și doar pentru orizontul de investiție,
nu pentru un swing scurt — e combinația de business prost: companie pe
pierdere **cu** cash flow operațional negativ, sau cu veniturile în scădere.
Două scoruri de 2/14 din material au fost respinse ca investiție, unul cu
mențiunea „cel mult un swing". Atenție la distincție: trecerea din profit în
pierdere **nu** scoate singură simbolul de pe listă — în patru cazuri
analiza a continuat, trei dintre ele cu cash flow pozitiv. **Completare
proprie:** criteriul real pare să fie cash flow-ul, nu linia de profit; mă
sprijin pe cele patru cazuri și pe insistența cu care materialul cere cash
flow pozitiv chiar și la companiile pe pierdere.
Două capcane de citire a coloanei: un value-score de 0 sau un scor care
arată „dubios" e aproape sigur un câmp lipsă în platformă, nu realitate — dă
refresh înainte să tragi concluzii. Iar un **scor -1 nu e un scor 0**: -1
înseamnă date indisponibile.
La ETF-uri scorul pur și simplu nu există; dacă vrei fundamentalul unui ETF,
te uiți la componentele lui.
**Treci mai departe doar dacă** ai citit scorul și știi în ce bandă e (peste
7-8 intră în analiză; sub, îl păstrezi ca rezervă), iar compania nu e pe
pierdere cu cash flow negativ sau cu venituri în scădere.

## Pasul 3 — Sectorul care domină
**Numeri din ce sector vin cele mai multe semnale din lista de azi și
păstrezi doar sectorul acela.**
Nu e o estimare de context macro, e o numărătoare pe lista pe care o ai în
față. Dacă din 40 de semnale 9 vin din sănătate și restul se împart câte
1-3, banii intră azi în sănătate. Asta e rotația sectorială văzută pe cel
mai ieftin instrument posibil: o coloană cu numele sectorului și o
numărătoare.

Cele 11 sectoare S&P se mai pot sorta și direct, după cadranul 1 plus
valoarea relative strength a ETF-ului de sector (XLV, XLE, XLF, XLRE…) —
aceleași cadrane ca la [pasul 5](#pasul-5). Cât de des refaci sortarea nu e
spus în lecție; „săptămânal" apare doar în tabelul introductiv al
sumarului, deci îl tratez ca deducție, nu ca regulă rostită.
**Treci mai departe doar dacă** simbolul e din sectorul care dă cele mai
multe semnale azi (sau din unul aflat în cadranul 1 pe RS).

## Pasul 4 — Suport sau pivot, la cel mult 3 %
**Te uiți dacă prețul a scăzut spre un nivel și e destul de aproape de el
încât nivelul să conteze azi.**
Nivelul poate fi un suport monthly, quarterly sau anual, ori un pivot
calculat din perioada trecută. Condiția de apropiere: **până la 3 %**; la
4 % materialul spune că „e cam departe".

Pragul de 3 % măsoară **închiderea simbolului** față de nivel, nu low-ul
unei candele. E diferența față de [`01_buy_doji.md`](01_buy_doji.md), unde
1-2 % se măsoară de la low-ul doji-ului la nivel. Acolo verifici un setup
deja format; aici cauți, pe sute de simboluri deodată, pe care merită să te
uiți mâine. Praguri diferite pentru că măsoară lucruri diferite — nu e o
contradicție.
Logica e simplă: la un nivel pe care prețul l-a mai respectat, cumpărătorii
au un motiv concret să apară. La 7 % deasupra lui, nivelul nu poate opri
nimic azi — prețul mai are drum de căzut până acolo.
După o corecție mare a întregii piețe, filtrul se îngustează în loc să se
lărgească: cauți doji sau hammer **la suporturile mari**, iar scanarea după
apropiere de suport rămâne tot pe 3 %.
**Treci mai departe doar dacă** închiderea e la cel mult 3 % de un suport
sau pivot, după o scădere.

## Pasul 5 — Cadranul de relative strength
**Sortezi lista după relative strength și păstrezi doar cadranele 1 și 2
(pentru long) sau 3 și 4 (pentru short).**
Cadranul se citește pe **două** axe, nu pe una: unde e histograma față de
linia de 0, și unde e față de media ei mobilă.

- **Cadranul 1** — peste 0 **și** peste MA: supraperformanță. Zona ideală de
long.
- **Cadranul 2** — sub 0 **dar** peste MA: încă mai slab decât piața, dar se
îmbunătățește. Zona de cumpărat.
- **Cadranul 3** — peste 0 **dar** sub MA: **înrăutățire**. Zonă de short.
- **Cadranul 4** — sub 0 **și** sub MA: subperformanță. Short, sau stai pe
margine.
Materialul spune o singură dată că cadranul 3 ar însemna „îmbunătățire".
E o scăpare verbală: definiția pe două axe și încă două locuri din material
spun clar „înrăutățire". Cadranul 3 e înrăutățire.
**Cadranul 4 nu se cumpără pe orb**, oricât de bun ar fi scorul
fundamental. Aștepți fie trecerea în cadranul 2 sau 1, fie un trigger long
(MP4-1, MBT-10). Un setup de bottom cu RS fără îmbunătățire are pur și
simplu șanse mai mici. Discuția despre contra-exemplul ACN e la
[contradicții](#contradictii).
Filtrul ăsta **nu funcționează pe commodities**: relative strength compară
cu SPY, iar „aurul nu are nicio legătură cu S&P 500". Acolo îți trebuie alt
termen de comparație (aur față de argint, crude față de heating oil).
**Treci mai departe doar dacă** simbolul e în cadranul 1 sau 2 pentru un
long (3 sau 4 pentru un short).

## Pasul 6 — Relative volume peste 100 %
**Te uiți dacă azi chiar participă lumea: volumul zilei împărțit la media
ultimelor 10 bare de volum.**
Peste 100 % înseamnă că se tranzacționează mai mult decât într-o zi
obișnuită — cineva se mișcă, nu doar tu. La HIG, din exemplul de la nivelul
3, RVOL-ul era 200 %: de două ori media, cel mai mare din cele 16 rezultate
ale scanerului din ziua aceea.
Media e pe **10** bare, nu pe 50. Indicatorul standard din platforme
calculează pe 50; autorul cursului a schimbat-o intenționat la 10, ca cifra
să reacționeze la ziua curentă. Dacă îl compari cu RVOL-ul din setările
implicite ale altei platforme, vei vedea alte cifre — nu e o greșeală de
calcul.

**Sub 100 % e un minus, nu un veto.** În material analiza a continuat la
0.99, 0.96, 0.94, 0.88 și 0.74. Iar pe scanerul real de Buy Doji, cele trei
rezultate aveau RVOL 0.86, 1.03 și 0.61 — un prag dur de genul „RVOL ≥ 1.2"
ar fi dat zero rezultate în ziua aia. De aceea cursul recomandă ca RVOL-ul
să fie afișat ca o coloană pe care o citești, nu pus ca filtru care taie
automat. Dacă e sub prag, îl notezi ca minus și te uiți dacă îl compensează
altceva (pattern-ul, volumul pe timeframe-ul mare). Dacă a intrat vreodată
efectiv pe un simbol cu RVOL sub prag, materialul **nu spune**.
**Treci mai departe doar dacă** ai citit RVOL-ul și l-ai notat: peste 100 %
e confirmare, sub 100 % e un minus pe care îl duci mai departe explicit.

## Oglinda pe short
Pe short filtrul e același, cu două schimbări: ceri **cadranele 3-4** în loc
de 1-2 la pasul 5, și vrei ca piața generală să fie slabă. Restul —
lichiditatea, scorul, sectorul dominant, proximitatea față de nivel (de data
asta față de o rezistență deasupra), relative volume — rămâne identic.

**Astea se citesc după ce ai rulat fluxul mecanic 20 de zile, nu înainte.**
## Cele 3 stele (Trinity)
Când după cei șase pași ți-au rămas prea multe simboluri, mai ai o sortare:
**relative strength, Power și volumul, toate trei în cadranul 1** pe același
simbol. Asta e ce numește cursul „3 stele" sau „trinity" în capitolul de
selecție — și numai asta. Când toate trei arată în aceeași direcție,
simbolul are și forță relativă, și trend susținut, și participare.

Power e proprietar și nu are formulă publicată în material: știi ce măsoară
(tăria trendului), citești cadranul, dar nu îl poți reconstrui singur. De
aceea sortarea după 3 stele e o rafinare, nu un pas obligatoriu — fluxul de
la nivelul 2 funcționează și fără ea.
## Radarscreen — același flux, pe o listă fixă
În loc să rulezi scanerul pe 13.000 de simboluri, ții deschisă o listă de
maximum ~300: cele 11 sectoare S&P, cu primele 10 companii din fiecare. Pe
ea rulezi aceleași coloane, sortezi după relative strength, apoi după cele
3 stele. Avantajul e că vezi zilnic aceleași nume și înveți cum se mișcă;
dezavantajul, că pierzi ce e în afara listei.
## Departajarea între doi candidați
Când doi candidați trec amândoi filtrul, ordinea de departajare e
**trend → volum → fundamental**. Fundamentalul e ultimul, nu primul: un scor
de 7 nu e motiv să-l iei pe ăla, dacă celălalt are trendul și volumul mai
bune. Scorul a făcut deja ce avea de făcut la pasul 2 — a scos business-urile
care se deteriorează.
## Candidat A+ vs. candidat mediocru
Amândoi trec scanerul. Ce îi separă e poziția în flux:

Decizia: pe A+ te uiți primul; pe mediocru, doar dacă nu ai ceva mai bun.

## Exemplele cursului: ULTA și HIG
Materialul **nu are niciun exemplu** care să ducă un singur simbol real prin
tot fluxul, cu toate cifrele. Cele două de mai jos sunt cele mai apropiate,
și fiecare arată altceva.
### ULTA — trece trigger-ul, pică filtrul
Cifrele cursului sunt trei: închiderea candelei de buy doji **373.30**,
suportul monthly **355.48** și pivotul monthly **383.74**. Din ele ies
procentele: prețul e **5.01 % deasupra suportului** (peste pragul de 3 %,
deci suportul nu-l poate ajuta azi) și **2.72 % sub pivot** (înăuntrul
pragului — proximitatea față de nivelul de deasupra trece). RVOL-ul afișat
era **0.61**, adică sub 100 %.
Deci ULTA are trigger-ul (buy doji plus bull reversal, semnalul care l-a
scos în scaner), dar la selecție ia două minusuri din trei măsurători.
Ăsta e tot rostul exemplului: **filtrul de selecție și trigger-ul de intrare
sunt lucruri separate și pot să nu fie de acord**. Selecția nu i-ar fi dat
undă verde; l-ar fi pus pe listă cu un avertisment de participare.
Restul cifrelor care circulă pentru ULTA (o intrare pe la 374.80, un stop pe
la 352.00, ținte la 383.74 și 402.00) sunt estimări ale sursei pentru planul
de intrare, nu date ale selecției — aparțin capitolului
[`01_buy_doji.md`](01_buy_doji.md).

Din curs sunt reale exact trei lucruri: **simbolul HIG**, **semnalul**
(Sell Doji plus Bear Reversal) și **RVOL-ul de 200 %**, cel mai mare din
cele 16 rezultate ale scanerului din ziua aia. Prețurile de pe diagramă —
79.20, 78.60, 78.10, 82.00, 72.00 — sunt **construite**, la scară: cursul nu
dă niciun preț pentru HIG.
Ce se vede: filtrul de selecție (RVOL-ul dublu față de normal) l-a scos în
față din 16 semnale. Trigger-ul de short — închiderea sub low-ul doji-ului —
aparține strategiei de intrare. Aceeași ordine ca la ULTA, doar că aici
filtrul și semnalul sunt de acord.
## Ce nu acoperă selecția
Următoarele **nu au răspuns în materialul despre selecție**, pentru că nu
aparțin unui filtru. Fiecare aparține strategiei de intrare pe care o
folosești după:
- **Trigger-ul** — când intri. „Selecția nu e trigger": rămâne buy doji,
MBT-10 sau MP4-1, pe grafic ([`01_buy_doji.md`](01_buy_doji.md),
[`06_hammer_mbt10.md`](06_hammer_mbt10.md)).
- **Stop-loss-ul** — un filtru nu are un preț care să-l invalideze.
- **Take-profit, tranșe, trailing** — se stabilesc pe setup-ul de intrare.
- **Mărimea poziției** — selecția nu riscă nimic; sizing-ul se calculează
acolo unde se deschide poziția ([`A1_risc.md`](A1_risc.md)).
- **Durata ținerii** — vine din strategia de intrare, nu din filtru.
## Gotchas
- **Selecția nu e trigger.** Scorul 11 sau trei stele nu spun *când* intri.
Fără trigger, simbolul rămâne doar pe listă.
- **Un scor anormal e de obicei eroare de date.** Value-score 0 sau scor
„dubios" = câmp lipsă. Dă refresh. Și ține minte: -1 nu e 0.
- **Prețul poate bate fundamentalul.** Un setup cu scor 12/14 a fost respins
în material de un sell doji plus un reject pe pivotul quarterly. Scorul
mare nu obligă la nimic.
- **Cash flow pozitiv dar în scădere nu e „ok".** E deteriorare — motiv
explicit de a nu pune un simbol pe listă, chiar dacă profitul arată bine.
- **Sub 100 % relative volume e un minus, nu un veto** — aceeași regulă ca
la [pasul 6](#pasul-6), nici mai tare, nici mai slabă.
<a id="contradictii"></a>
## Unde se contrazice materialul
1. **Cadranul 4: „nu se cumpără pe orb" vs. contra-exemplul ACN.** Regula
spune să aștepți trecerea în cadranul 2 sau 1, ori un trigger long. Dar
materialul dă și un caz de long valid în cadranul 4 (ACN, RS -1.8 apoi
-0.9, tot sub MA), cu divergență bull clară și preț la un suport major.
**Practic:** alternativa pe care o dă el la cadranul 4 nu e divergența, e
un trigger — „aș aștepta îmbunătățire pe cadranul 4, să treacă în cadranul
2 sau în cadranul 1 [...] sau un MP4,1 long, sau poate MBT10 long" [sic].
Și la ACN divergența vine împreună cu prețul la suport și un doji pe
suport, adică tot un setup cu trigger. Regula de lucru: în cadranul 4
intri doar după trecerea în 2/1 sau pe un trigger long.
2. **Cadranul 3.** Definit de două ori ca înrăutățire, o dată, verbal, ca
„îmbunătățire". Scăpare; e înrăutățire.
3. **„Trinity" are trei sensuri** în material: alinierea în cadranul 1 (aici),
trei divergențe simultane (la MDSRT, [`07_mdsrt.md`](07_mdsrt.md)), și o
numărătoare de 5 stele într-o sesiune de întrebări. În capitolul ăsta
înseamnă exclusiv primul.
4. **Pragul de scor sub care ai exclude un simbol** nu e dat. „Peste 7-8" e
ce îl interesează, dar la 4/14 și 6/14 analiza continuă. Rămâne nespus;
nu completez.
5. **RVOL sub prag: intră sau nu pe trigger?** Materialul arată că analiza
continuă, dar nu spune dacă a deschis efectiv o poziție sub prag.
6. **Formula indicatorului Power** nu e dată. Știi ce măsoară și cum se
citește cadranul; cum se calculează histograma, nu.
7. **Cât de des se resortează sectoarele.** „Săptămânal" apare doar în
tabelul introductiv al sumarului, nu în lecție.
## Transfer (judecata mea, nu a cursului)
### Pe prop
Selecția nu deschide poziții, deci nu atinge limita zilnică de pierdere:
poate rula ca prefiltru fără să contrazică nicio regulă de prop. Problema pe
prop nu e riscul, sunt **uneltele**. ATM-score, relative strength, Power și
scanerele sunt proprietare TradeStation, iar ATM-score cere cont premium. Pe
un cont fără ele rămân F-score-ul (metodă publică, îl calculezi singur) plus
relative strength și relative volume calculate de mână — cam jumătate din
proces.
Unde ajută totuși selecția pe prop: limita zilnică se mănâncă cel mai repede
când ai mai multe poziții **corelate** (același sector, aceeași poveste) care
pică în aceeași zi. Filtrul, aplicat corect, reduce exact numărul ăsta.
**Completare proprie, cifre ipotetice:** pe un cont de 50.000 $ cu limită
zilnică de 4 % (2.000 $) și risc de 0,5 % pe trade (250 $), opt stopuri într-o
zi te duc la limită; regula „cea mai proastă zi × 2 ≤ limita" înseamnă
practic să nu ții mai mult de ~4 poziții corelate deschise.
### Pe BVB
Merge **degradat**. Ce cere filtrul și ce există:

**Pragul de volum nu se traduce** și ăsta e punctul important: 500.000 de
acțiuni la 0,5 RON înseamnă 250.000 RON pe zi — nimic; aceleași 500.000 la
27 RON înseamnă 13,5 milioane RON — mult. Pe BVB filtrezi după **valoare**.
**Completare proprie, de recalibrat:** peste ~1-2 milioane RON pe zi pentru
un nume din univers.
**Universul propus** (estimarea mea, de verificat la zi pe bvb.ro): TLV,
SNP, H2O, BRD, SNG, SNN, EL, DIGI, BVB, TGN — primele patru sunt cele mai
lichide; TGN intră doar dacă spread-ul rămâne sub ~0,5 %.
**F-score-ul de mână**, din situațiile financiare anuale IFRS de pe bvb.ro
(anul curent față de anul anterior): completezi cele 9 criterii, fiecare DA
= 1 punct — ROA pozitiv, cash flow operațional pozitiv, cash flow > profit
net, ROA în creștere, datoria pe termen lung în scădere, current ratio în
creștere, numărul de acțiuni nu crește, marja brută în creștere, rotația
activelor în creștere. Benzile sunt cele din glosar. Dacă toate trei
criteriile de profitabilitate sunt NU, e semn de value trap.
**Exemplu construit** (nu e un scor real), pe scară BET: ROA 1,8 % DA, cash
flow operațional 3,1 mld RON DA, cash flow > profit net NU, ROA în creștere
DA, datorie pe termen lung în scădere NU, current ratio în creștere NU,
acțiuni constante DA, marjă brută DA, rotația activelor DA → **6/9, solid**.
**Relative strength de mână, față de BET:** iei 13 închideri săptămânale
pentru simbol și pentru BET, calculezi raportul `R = Preț / BET` pentru
fiecare săptămână, trasezi `R` și media lui mobilă pe 10 săptămâni, apoi
citești cadranele prin analogie cu indicatorul ATM (peste/sub 0 devine
„R în creștere/scădere", peste/sub MA rămâne peste/sub MA). **Exemplu
construit:** TLV +5,84 % în 10 săptămâni față de BET +2,22 % → diferență de
+3,62 puncte procentuale, deci RS pozitiv; cadranul 1 sau 2, după poziția
raportului față de MA.
**Pivoții în Excel**, pentru filtrul de proximitate de la pasul 4:
`PP = (H + L + C) / 3`, `R1 = 2·PP − L`, `S1 = 2·PP − H`, unde H, L și C
sunt maximul, minimul și închiderea lunii trecute. **Exemplu construit:**
lună cu H = 28,50, L = 26,00, C = 27,40 → PP = 27,30, R1 = 28,60,
S1 = 26,10. Distanța până la S1 o exprimi în procente și o compari cu
pragul de 3 %.
**Ce se rupe** (estimările mele): spread-ul de 0,5-1 % pe numele din coada
BET mănâncă un sfert până la jumătate dintr-o țintă 1:1; pe volume mici un
singur ordin mare mută wick-ul și lovește stopuri calculate pe structură
americană; un anunț poate deschide direct dincolo de stop; iar RS-ul față de
BET e parțial circular, pentru că BET e dominat de câteva nume mari de
bănci, energie și utilități — un simbol mare se compară parțial cu el
însuși.
**Cât supraviețuiește:** ~30-35 % din proces. Rămâne scheletul fundamental
(F-score), proximitatea față de suport/pivot și relative strength calculat
manual, pe 8-10 nume lichide. Cad scanerul automat, ATM-score/value-score,
Power/Trinity, jumătatea de short și relative volume pe nume subțiri.
## Ce trebuie să exersezi
1. **Rulează fluxul pe un singur ecran de scanner din material**: ia lista de
16 rezultate Sell Doji + Bear Reversal și notează, pentru fiecare, câte
din filtrele 1-6 ar trece. Scop: 16 rânduri completate, nu impresia că
„am înțeles fluxul".
2. **Calculează F-score pe 5 companii BET** (TLV, SNP, H2O, BRD, SNG) din
rapoartele de pe bvb.ro. Notează care din cele 9 criterii a picat —
exersezi criteriul, nu scorul.
3. **Construiește RS manual față de BET pe 8 simboluri**, pe ultimele 40 de
săptămâni, și marchează cadranul curent. Verifică dacă se grupează pe
sectoare.
4. **Marchează retroactiv 20 de zile** de grafic și numără câte simboluri ar
fi trecut filtrul, fără să tranzacționezi. Apoi numără câte ar fi trecut
și trigger-ul: diferența dintre ele e valoarea filtrului.
5. **Ține un jurnal cu 5 coloane**: simbol, sector, scor, cadran RS, motiv de
respingere. După 30 de rânduri, citește coloana „motiv" — acolo se vede
dacă filtrezi sau doar colecționezi nume.

## Checklist de tipărit
- [ ] (1) Univers ales; close peste 30-40 $ și volum mediu zilnic ≥ 500.000 de acțiuni, ideal peste 1 milion.
- [ ] (2) Scor citit: peste 7-8 intră în analiză, 12-13 e prioritar. Sub 7 nu e excludere — scorul departajează. Fără companii pe pierdere cu cash flow negativ sau venituri în scădere. Scor -1 sau value 0: refresh, nu concluzie.
- [ ] (3) Am numărat semnalele pe sector și am păstrat sectorul dominant.
- [ ] (4) Închiderea e la cel mult 3 % de un suport sau pivot (4 % e cam departe), după o scădere.
- [ ] (5) Relative strength în cadranul 1-2 pentru long (3-4 pentru short). Cadranul 4 nu se cumpără pe orb: aștept trecerea în 2/1 sau un trigger long.
- [ ] (6) Relative volume citit (candela / media ultimelor 10). Peste 100 % e confirmare; **sub 100 % e un minus, nu un veto** — îl notez și merg mai departe.
- [ ] Dacă au rămas prea mulți: sortez după 3 stele (RS + Power + volum în cadranul 1).
- [ ] Între doi candidați: trend, apoi volum, apoi fundamental.
- [ ] Am notat simbolul pe listă **fără să intru**. Trigger-ul se caută separat, pe grafic.
