<h2 id="tldr">TLDR</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Risc fix de 25 $ pe tranzacție, țintă 4R = 100 $</strong> (10.09). Stopul
stabilește câte acțiuni cumperi, nu invers: 25 $ / distanța până la stop.</li>
<li>La 1:4 ai nevoie de <strong>o țintă din cinci</strong> ca să fii pe zero. Patru stopuri
la rând = −100 $, adică exact o țintă. De aici: <strong>nu judeci sistemul după o
zi, ci după 20-30 de tranzacții.</strong></li>
<li><strong>După stop, reintri</strong> (mai jos, la long) <strong>cu același risc de 25 $</strong>
(10.09); pe 02.09 el rostește doar „reintrăm mai jos".</li>
<li>Când tranzacția merge, <strong>muți stopul pe break-even</strong>. Costul: în
volatilitate te scoate des la zero (02.09).</li>
<li><strong>Trei poziții:</strong> TP1, TP2 și a treia pe trailing stop.</li>
<li><strong>Ținte în trepte</strong> (03.09): R1 → R2 → vârf anterior → SMA-200 → 1/2
marubozu → fost suport. Unde se strâng mai multe, e zona de profit.</li>
<li><strong>Ținta realistă a unui bounce = 1/2 din distanța până la vârf</strong> (21.08),
nu vârful.</li>
<li><strong>Tranșele (1/2, 1/3, 1/4) sunt regula</strong>, nu o trăsătură a acțiunilor
scumpe; la cele scumpe, 4 tranșe de 1/4 cu un singur stop (10.09).</li>

<p>Pe intrările intraday riscă mereu aceeași sumă mică, 25 $, și cere o țintă de
4R. Mărimea poziției vine din stop:</p>

<p>Riscul fix de 25 $ e o cifră de lucru; disciplina de cont e alta: <strong>maximum
2% pe tranzacție, fără all-in</strong> (cifra din 05.02; pe 07.05 dă „1-2%", §9).
„Intră all-in, nu frate, intră conform, da? Respectăți 2% pe tranzacție"
(<code>132_05022026.txt:518-525</code>). Raportul dintre riscul fix și procentaj nu e
spus de el: 25 $ înseamnă 2% doar la un cont de
~1.250 $ (deducție aritmetică; neconfirmat în sesiuni), așa că la altă
mărime a contului cele două nu coincid. Când contul se rupe, el indică money
management-ul — „problema principală, crede-mă, este money management"
(<code>146_15122025.txt:327-333</code>). Că e <strong>aproape mereu</strong> cauza o susține el
însuși, prin cum o formulează: „Și în general, atunci când faci varză un
cont și când începi să pierzi sume, problema principală, crede-mă, este
money management" (<code>:331</code>), plus „nu mă puteți minți pe mine în cele mai
multe situații" (<code>:329</code>). Ce rămâne deducția noastră, neconfirmată, e pasul
următor — că <strong>strategia nu e vinovată</strong>; asta nu o spune. De aici: „nu
vă aruncați cu toți banii într-o singură tranzacție"
(<code>131_09022026.txt:167</code>).</p>
<h2 id="2-de-ce-14-esantionul-de-20-30-de-tranzactii">2. De ce 1:4: eșantionul de 20-30 de tranzacții</h2>
<p>La 1:4 o țintă plătește patru stopuri. Pragul de zero e deci <strong>1 din 5
tranzacții câștigătoare (20%)</strong>. Sub el pierzi, peste el câștigi, oricât de
urât arată ziua.</p>

<p>„Tradingul este măsurabil doar după un eșantion reprezentativ, nu după
noroc, nu după o zi bună, după 20-30 de tranzacții."</p>

<h2 id="3-reintrarea-dupa-stop-cu-acelasi-risc">3. Reintrarea după stop, cu același risc</h2>
<p>Pe 10.09 a luat live <strong>două stopuri la rând, de câte 25 $</strong>, și a intrat a
treia oară cu același risc: „Mai riscăm încă 25 de dolari"
(<code>01_10092026.txt:399</code>). Pe 02.09 rostește doar reluarea mai jos — „și
reintrăm mai jos" (<code>05_02092026.txt:286</code>); suma de 25 $ nu apare în sesiunea
aceea.</p>

<p>Total <strong>+50 $</strong>. Intrarea 2 are stopul mai strâns, deci mai multe acțiuni:
riscul în bani e același. Ce <strong>nu</strong> faci: dublezi mărimea după două stopuri
ca să „recuperezi". Atunci al treilea stop costă 50 $, nu 25.</p>
<h2 id="4-break-even-da-si-nu">4. Break-even: DA și NU</h2>
<p>Când tranzacția merge, muți stopul la prețul de intrare. De acolo nu mai poți
pierde, doar ieși pe zero. Aici regula e: la <strong>+1R</strong> (25.65) muți stopul.</p>

<p>Aceeași intrare, aceeași mutare. Pullback-ul coboară la <strong>25.39</strong>, un cent
sub intrare: ieși pe <strong>0 $</strong>. Stopul inițial (25.15) n-ar fi fost atins, iar
11 bare mai târziu prețul e la 26.40.</p>

<p>Cum citești perechea: BE-ul transformă un posibil −25 $ într-un 0 $ sigur,
cu prețul unor ținte ratate. În volatilitate mare (02.09: futures în
premarket, compresie sub banda de 2 deviații standard) te scoate repetat.
„Nu forța direcția" e citirea mea; sursa are doar „și reintrăm mai jos"
(<code>05_02092026.txt:286</code>) — vezi secțiunea 3.</p>
<h2 id="5-trei-pozitii-tp1-tp2-trailing-stop">5. Trei poziții: TP1, TP2, trailing stop</h2>
<p>Din <a href="../09_QA/26_2025-06-11.html#trei-pozitii-tp1-la-11-tp2-la-21-a-treia-pe-trail-sub-swing-low">Q&amp;A 11.06.2025</a>
(trei poziții: TP1 la 1:1, TP2 la 2:1, a treia pe trail): intri cu poziția
normală, împărțită în 3, și fiecare parte iese altfel. Aici cu 25 $ risc total:</p>
<ul>
<li>stop 0.50 $/acțiune → 25 / 0.50 = 50, rotunjit în jos la multiplu de 3 =
<strong>48 de acțiuni = 3 × 16</strong>, risc <strong>24 $</strong>;</li>
<li><strong>poziția 1</strong> iese la <strong>TP1 = 1R</strong>;</li>
<li><strong>poziția 2</strong> iese la <strong>TP2 = 2R</strong>;</li>
<li><strong>poziția 3</strong> stă pe <strong>trailing stop</strong>: linia e low-ul ultimei candele care
a închis peste high-ul precedentei; urcă doar; ieși când o candelă închide
sub ea.</li>
<li>stopul inițial rămâne sub pozițiile 2 și 3; pe a treia îți permiți să
riști tot stopul inițial, pentru că după 1R și 2R închise, chiar dacă ea
iese la stop, totalul rămâne pe profit (Q&amp;A 11.06.2025).</li>

<p>Trail-ul a urcat în 8 trepte, de la 40.35 la 41.95. Poziția 3 aduce singură
cât primele două la un loc. Fără ea, tranzacția ar fi fost 1.5R pe 2/3 din
poziție. Și invers: dacă poziția 3 ar fi ieșit la stopul inițial (16 × −0.50
= −8 $), TP1 și TP2 (+24 $) lăsau tot +16 $ pe total. De aceea a treia poate
sta pe stopul inițial până pornește trail-ul.</p>
<h2 id="6-tinte-in-trepte">6. Ținte în trepte</h2>
<p>Pe 03.09 (CHTR, după super buy doji și buy momentum): nu pui un singur TP,
treci rezistențele de deasupra pe rând.</p>

<p>Cum folosești scara:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>R1 → R2 → vârful</strong> sunt locuri pentru TP1 / TP2 / mutarea stopului.</li>
<li><strong>Vârful, SMA-200 și 1/2 marubozu</strong> stau în 1.60 $ unul de altul: acolo e
„zona foarte importantă". Aici iei grosul profitului. Prețul e respins
chiar la SMA-200.</li>
<li><strong>Fostul suport</strong> e treapta finală, pentru poziția de pe trail, dacă zona
de mai jos se sparge.</li>
<li><strong>Trigger NU (deducție a mea, nu o formulare din sesiuni):</strong> dacă prețul
e deja aproape de o treaptă, probabil nu mai are spațiu până la următoarea,
deci nu intri.</li>

<h2 id="7-tinta-realista-12-din-distanta-pana-la-varf">7. Ținta realistă: 1/2 din distanța până la vârf</h2>
<p>Pe 21.08 (PNC, bănci regionale): intri pe pullback acolo unde <strong>coincid mai
multe suporturi</strong>, iar pentru bounce contezi <strong>pe jumătate</strong> din drumul până
la vârf.</p>

<p>Diferența nu e că ținta lacomă e greșită o dată, ci că un bounce dintr-un
pullback se oprește des sub vârf: vânzătorii de la vârf sunt încă acolo.</p>
<h2 id="8-transele-12-13-14-sunt-regula-nu-doar-la-actiuni-scumpe">8. Tranșele (1/2, 1/3, 1/4) sunt regula, nu doar la acțiuni scumpe</h2>
<p>La acțiuni de mii de dolari și volatile (10.09, SNDK — „Atenție că e și
ăsta 2000 de dolari", <code>01_10092026.txt:538</code>) nu intri cu toată poziția:
<strong>4 tranșe de câte 1/4</strong>. După higher low prețul poate retesta 1/3,
2/3 din mișcare ca să ia lichiditatea, iar tranșele cumpără exact acolo.</p>

<p>Dacă retesturile nu vin, ai doar tranșa 1 (2 acțiuni, 38 $ risc) și ratezi
restul. Accepți asta: nu alergi după preț.</p>
<p>Despre o altă acțiune scumpă din aceeași sesiune, AMAT (nu SNDK): „Atenție
că e 400 și ceva de dolari. Adică nu e o jucărie." (<code>01_10092026.txt:324-325</code>)</p>
<p>Riscul total cu toate tranșele umplute (158 $) trebuie să încapă în riscul
pe care ți-l permiți pe o tranzacție; la 25 $/tranzacție, aceeași structură
înseamnă o singură acțiune în total, deci pe acțiuni scumpe cursul trimite
spre opțiuni.</p>
<p>Tranșele (1/2, 1/3, 1/4) nu țin de prețul mare al acțiunii: ele sunt regula.
„Majoritatea recomandărilor pe care vi le dau, vi le dau în bucăți, unul pe
doi, unul pe trei, unul pe patru, dar rar da o intrare all-in în zona de
swing trading" (<code>82_24042026.txt:117-120</code>). Se aplică și la intrarea pe
indice la bottom, când ținta de intrare poate să nu mai vină, și la small
cap / biotech; pe niveluri de suport se poate merge și cu 2 × 1/2 sau
3 × 1/3 — „Fiți cu ochii pe 190, 188, 187 pentru cumpărare AMD [...] 1 pe
3, 1 pe 3, 1 pe 3" (<code>132_05022026.txt:362-364</code>).</p>
<h2 id="9-small-cap-pret-mic-mega-volatil-marimea-pozitiei">9. Small cap / preț mic: mega volatil, mărimea poziției</h2>
<p>Tema raportată de toate cele șase loturi (36 de zile): <strong>small cap / preț
mic (sub ~10 $; 5-14 $; biotech) = mega volatil</strong>, deci nu e teren de
începători. „Tot ce e sub 10 dolari sunt mega volatile"
(<code>102_24032026.txt:512-513</code>); „atenție că este mega mega volatile, nu vă
jucați dacă nu aveți experiență cu așa ceva" (<code>62_22052026.txt:240</code>);
„nu vă recomand să tranzacționez rahaturi de 14 dolari, 5 dolari și așa mai
departe pentru că sunt mega volatile" (<code>79_29042026.txt:148</code>). Despre
manipulare vorbește la o acțiune de 27 $ (Warner Bros): „Adică e ușor
manipulabil" (<code>132_05022026.txt:555-557</code>) — nu e o trăsătură pe care o dă
tuturor small cap-urilor. Dacă totuși intri: <strong>poziție mică</strong> — „mare atenție
la mărimea poziților [sic]" (<code>37_06072026.txt:102-103</code>) — cu <strong>stop de maximum
1-2% din cont</strong> — tot ca regulă generală („mereu"), nu specific small
cap-urilor: „așa cum vă învăț mereu să nu ricați mai mult de 1-2% din
totalul contului vostru ca stop loss pe tranzacții"
(<code>73_07052026.txt:439-440</code>). Cifra diferă de „2% pe tranzacție" din 05.02
(§1, <code>132_05022026.txt:518-525</code>) — sunt două formulări din două sesiuni,
fără reconciliere între ele. Intrat în <strong>tranșe</strong> („intrare acum și așa cum
știți voi, 1x4, 1x4, 1x4, 1x4, mai ales că e mega volatil",
<code>37_06072026.txt:89</code>), după ce ai verificat <strong>lichiditatea /
diferența ask-bid</strong> (<code>25_24072026.txt:149-150</code>). <strong>Pink sheets: deloc;
penny stocks doar cu experiență</strong> — el numește BTQ penny stock și îl
recomandă „celor care aveți experiență" (<code>62_22052026.txt:241,244</code>), dar
„dacă vrei să vă jucați cu el, nu intrați pe pink sheet-uri de astea"
(<code>62_22052026.txt:245</code>).</p>

<h2 id="gotchas">Gotchas</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Stopul se pune înainte de intrare, apoi calculezi acțiunile.</strong> Invers
(cumperi 100 și cauți apoi unde să pui stopul) riscul nu mai e 25 $.</li>
<li><strong>Nu mări poziția după stopuri.</strong> Diagrama de reintrare: trei intrări, trei
riscuri de 25 $. Dublarea transformă o serie normală de 4 stopuri într-una
care te scoate din joc.</li>
<li><strong>Break-even-ul nu e gratuit.</strong> Diagrama NU: scos la 25.39 cu un cent sub
intrare, apoi 4R fără tine. În volatilitate (02.09: compresie respinsă sub
banda de 2 deviații standard) regula lui e tot stop pe break-even până se
lămurește; dacă te scoate repetat, nu forța direcția.</li>
<li><strong>Nu schimbi sistemul după o zi proastă.</strong> În seria de 25, primele patru
tranzacții sunt −100 $; totalul e +125 $.</li>
<li><strong>Nu închizi toată poziția la 1R „ca să iau ceva".</strong> Pragul de zero urcă de la
20% la 50%.</li>
<li><strong>Expunerea, nu direcția, te lichidează.</strong> O expunere mare te scoate din joc
la o singură mișcare de 3-4 deviații standard în direcția opusă, mai ales pe
vânzare de opțiuni.<blockquote>

<p><em>Ce e completare a mea: toate prețurile, diagramele și tabelele sunt
construite (în transcrieri cifrele sunt nesigure). Din curs vin: riscul fix de
25 $, ținta 4R, cele două stopuri consecutive și a treia intrare, break-even-ul
și faptul că te scoate în volatilitate, reintrarea mai jos cu același risc,
ordinea țintelor în trepte, ținta de 1/2, tranșele de 1/4, eșantionul de
20-30, cele trei poziții cu TP1 = 1R, TP2 = 2R și a treia pe trail (Q&amp;A
11.06.2025) și stopul pe break-even până se lămurește în volatilitate (02.09).
Ale mele sunt: formula mărimii poziției și rotunjirea la multiplu de 3,
mutarea la break-even exact la +1R, pragul de zero de 20% și seria de 25 de
tranzacții, regula de trail folosită pe desen (low-ul ultimei candele care a
închis peste high-ul precedentei — varianta din curs cere un gol între bare,
care nu apare pe o serie fără goluri; în Q&amp;A 11.06.2025 trail-ul e sub swing low),
a patra tranșă la retestul de 2/3, comparația cu cumpărarea la vârf, avertismentul
să nu dublezi mărimea după stopuri, explicația că la vârf „vânzătorii sunt încă
acolo",
nota despre 25 $ la acțiuni scumpe și restul gotchas-urilor. Valorile R1 / R2
de la țintele în trepte sunt date, nu calculate pe desen. Fără link-uri
