Single file (1.2MB) with embedded fonts (Playfair Display + Nunito WOFF2 subsets),
base64 background image, and all CSS/JS inline. Works fully offline.
Features: parchment overlays that reveal on solve, Kahoot-style answer buttons,
10-heart system with hint costs, custom confirmation dialogs, confetti victory screen,
and an editable PROBLEMS array in the first 80 lines for teacher customization.
