Corecteaza trunchierea NRDOC la transformare in MF; adauga docs/ si actualizeaza changelog

Fix STR() fara lungime in Clase/oimobilizari.vcx (frm_introducere.inainte_de_do_termin),
aplicat si in rapoartele jurnal.frx/listmfcota.frx. Adauga v2.1.43 in changelog.
Introduce docs/ cu insight-uri de proiect (flux transformare, pack_imob, tabele) si
sectiunea corespunzatoare in CLAUDE.md.
