#6 editare factura emisa: inregistrarea helperului de editare

ofacturare_editare.prg intra in SET PROCEDURE, ca registrul jurnal din ROAGEST
sa aiba acces la helperele de editare a facturii - fara el garda pe documentele
trimise in eFactura nu se poate evalua.
