Scriptul de sync s-a mutat din UTIL\foxbin2prg in COMUN\scripts (se distribuie
prin svn update). In .gitignore intra docs/diff_runda*.patch, conform
reguli_lucru.md pct. 1 (patch-urile de review nu se comit niciodata).
