3a234b5240 Remove FXP files from tracking and update gitignore 
- Remove nfjson/nfjsonread.FXP from git tracking
- Add Python cache patterns (__pycache__/, *.py[cod], *$py.class)
- Add environment file patterns (.env, .env.local, .env.*.local)
