655ec8ca84 - Nueva opción de configuración "PRG_Compat_Level": 0=Legacy, 1=HELPSTRING as Procedure comment 
- Configurado PRG_COMPAT_LEVEL=0 por defecto para no romper compatibilidad y modificado un test para que ese seteo no lo afecte
