chore(kb): notițe youtube mai, fix email tools, update newsletter/anaf-monitor
Adaugă 4 notițe YouTube (llama.cpp, Mario Zechner, bonificatie impozit, AI scaffolding) + notă coaching grok. Actualizează index KB. Fix email_digest și email_forward.
