Adaugă 4 notițe YouTube (llama.cpp, Mario Zechner, bonificatie impozit,
AI scaffolding) + notă coaching grok. Actualizează index KB.
Fix email_digest și email_forward. Update newsletter cercetasi + cron jobs.
ANAF monitor hashes/snapshots/versions la zi.
