refactor: consolidare Echo agent unic

- Șters agenți separați (echo-self, echo-scout, echo-sprijin)
- Curățat duplicate din SOUL.md (YouTube notes, task-uri, structura foldere)
- SOUL.md: 117 → 98 linii
- Mutat fișiere din agents/*/memory/ în memory/
- Actualizat AGENTS.md și TOOLS.md
