Dashboard v2: remove old Kanban, add Status bar, collapsible sections

- Added Status bar from old kanban (ANAF, Git, Cron)
- All sections now collapsible (Status, Activity, Issues)
- Removed Kanban from navigation
- Removed kanban.html file
- Status bar collapsed by default
