In index, fiecare lectie isi repeta modulul ("Modul 2 / #6 — ...") sub un
titlu de sectiune care spune deja "Modulul 2", iar sesiunile Q&A isi
repetau "Q&A" sub titlul "Q&A". Acum raman "#6 — ..." si "15.07.2025 —
...", cu subiectul pastrat in index si doar data in barele inguste.
Titlurile din Analiza Fundamentala erau inconsecvente si scurtarea le
rata: trei incepeau cu "Modul Analiza Fundamentala /", iar una cu
"Modul 16 /", care e numarul folderului, nu al modulului. Normalizate
toate la "Analiza Fundamentala / #N".

<p>Notă despre conținut: lecția e o introducere de modul (7 minute, fără cifre sau
|
|
niveluri de preț concrete) — stabilește <em>de ce</em> modulele următoare vor preda
|
|
analiza fundamentală, nu un pattern sau indicator anume. Nu forțez exemple
|
|
numerice de entry/SL/TP unde transcrierea nu discută un set-up concret;
|
|
exemplul practic de mai jos ilustrează filtrul descris în curs (două companii
|
|
identice tehnic, rezultate diferite), construit de mine la o scară plauzibilă.</p>
|
|
<h2 id="tldr">TLDR</h2>
|
|
<p>Analiza tehnică (graficul) arată <em>ce face prețul</em>; analiza fundamentală arată
|
|
<em>dacă merită</em> — sănătatea reală a business-ului din spatele graficului. Un
|
|
set-up tehnic bun nu e automat o investiție bună: multe pierderi vin din
|
|
cumpărat "ambalajul" (un grafic frumos) fără să verifici "conținutul"
|
|
(business-ul). De aici încolo, modulul integrează fundamentalul ca filtru
|
|
peste tehnic, nu ca înlocuitor.</p>
|
|
<h2 id="mecanismul-de-ce-pretul-singur-poate-minti">Mecanismul: de ce prețul singur poate minți</h2>
|
|
<p>Prețul e ultima tranzacție încheiată — reflectă ce cred <em>acum</em> cumpărătorii și
|
|
vânzătorii, nu cât valorează cu adevărat firma. Un grafic poate arăta higher
|
|
highs/higher lows (trend de creștere clar, tehnic impecabil) în timp ce firma
|
|
din spate acumulează datorii sau pierde clienți — informație care nu e încă
|
|
"prețuită" de piață. Când realitatea iese la iveală (raport de earnings,
|
|
downgrade, probleme de cash flow), prețul se ajustează brusc, adesea împotriva
|
|
poziției tale — chiar dacă ai intrat pe un set-up tehnic "corect".</p>

<h2 id="de-ce-urmaresti-asta">De ce urmărești asta</h2>
|
|
<p>Ca să nu cumperi "ambalajul" (un grafic care arată bine) fără "conținutul"
|
|
(un business solid dedesubt) — exact mecanismul din curs prin care traderi
|
|
deștepți pierd bani cumpărând o companie doar pentru că avea higher
|
|
highs/higher lows și toată lumea vorbea despre ea.</p>
|
|
<h2 id="ce-faci-cand-vezi-un-set-up-tehnic-bun">Ce faci când vezi un set-up tehnic bun</h2>
|
|
<p>Nu intri direct pe forma graficului. Verifici întâi structura fundamentală a
|
|
business-ului (cash, datorie, tendința profitului — modulele următoare arată
|
|
exact ce și cum) ca filtru peste set-up-ul tehnic deja găsit. Tehnicul
|
|
rămâne motorul de găsit oportunități și de timing; fundamentalul decide dacă
|
|
oportunitatea aia merită capital.</p>
|
|
<h2 id="da-nu-fundamentalul-ca-filtru-peste-acelasi-set-up-tehnic">DA / NU — fundamentalul ca filtru peste același set-up tehnic</h2>
|
|
<p>Aceeași formă tehnică (breakout peste rezistență) poate ascunde două realități
|
|
fundamentale complet diferite — de-aia transcrierea insistă că "două companii
|
|
identice la grafic" pot avea rezultate opuse. Cifrele de mai jos sunt un
|
|
exemplu construit de mine, la o scară plauzibilă, ca să arate ideea din curs
|
|
cu numere, nu doar afirmativ.</p>
|
|

<p>Firma A trece de 42.00 cu volum, iar bilanțul arată cash mai mare decât

datoria pe termen scurt și profit în creștere trimestru după trimestru.

Când piața generală intră în corecție, firma A doar încetinește, nu se

prăbușește — fundamentul solid "absoarbe" șocul.</p>

<p>Firma B sparge exact aceeași rezistență (42.10), grafic identic până în
|
|
acel punct. Dar are datorie mare scadentă curând și cash flow negativ (arde
|
|
mai mulți bani decât produce). La aceeași corecție de piață care nu a mișcat
|
|
Firma A, Firma B se prăbușește sub 42.00 — nu pentru că patternul tehnic a
|
|
fost "greșit", ci pentru că nu avea structura fundamentală care să reziste
|
|
șocului.</p>
|
|
<p><strong>Trigger practic:</strong> breakout-ul tehnic (42.10 la ambele) e identic — <em>nu</em> e
|
|
diferența. Diferența e filtrul fundamental aplicat <em>înainte</em> de a decide să
|
|
intri: cash/datorie sănătoase și profit în creștere → tratezi breakout-ul ca
|
|
valid; datorie mare și cash flow negativ → tratezi același breakout ca fragil,
|
|
indiferent cât de curat arată tehnic.</p>
|
|
<h2 id="gotchas-practice">Gotchas practice</h2>
|
|
<ul>
|
|
<li><strong>Grafic frumos nu înseamnă business sănătos.</strong> Higher highs/higher lows pot
|
|
atrage atenția exact când firma acumulează probleme nevăzute încă în preț —
|
|
criteriul din curs pentru "de ce oameni deștepți pierd bani la bursă".</li>
|
|
<li><strong>O companie bună nu e automat o investiție bună.</strong> Dacă intri la un preț
|
|
prea umflat față de sănătatea reală a business-ului, plătești scump ceva
|
|
care oricum era corect — problema e prețul de intrare, nu firma.</li>
|
|
<li><strong>Nu presupune că fundamentalul se vede "prin simetrie" pe grafic.</strong> Două
|
|
companii cu grafic identic pot avea rezultate opuse la aceeași corecție de
|
|
piață — exact motivul pentru care fundamentalul rămâne un filtru separat,
|
|
nu ceva deductibil din formă.</li>
