Userul a semnalat ca tabelele sunt greu de citit. Cauza: CSS-ul n-avea niciun stil de tabel, deci markdown-ul iesea fara chenare si fara fundal. Se repara o data, pentru toate cele 114 pagini. <p>Partea 1 nu ajunge la Head & Shoulders — transcrierea nu îl menționează deloc.

Cursul tratează aici trei lucruri: faza de consolidare (range) cu breakout,
|
||
structura de uptrend (higher highs / higher lows) și structura de downtrend
|
||
(lower highs / lower lows). Head & Shoulders (normal și inversat) e detaliat
|
||
separat în <code>05_MODUL_4/01_patternuri_complexe_partea_a_doua.md</code> — nu se
|
||
dublează aici.</p>

||
<h2 id="termeni-de-baza-swing-high-swing-low">Termeni de bază — swing high / swing low</h2>
|
||
<p>Un <strong>swing high</strong> e un maxim local: un preț mai mare decât candelele
|
||
imediat vecine, din stânga și din dreapta. Un <strong>swing low</strong> e opusul, un
|
||
minim local. Toate pattern-urile de mai jos sunt construite din secvențe de
|
||
swing high-uri și swing low-uri — fără ele, nu poți defini nici range-ul,
|
||
nici trendul.</p>

<h3 id="mecanismul-de-ce-pretul-se-odihneste">Mecanismul — de ce prețul se "odihnește"</h3>
|
||
<p>Mai jos folosesc ideea de "echilibru cumpărători/vânzători" o singură dată,
|
||
aici, înainte s-o aplic pe restul secțiunii.</p>
|
||
<p>Într-un trend, un dezechilibru clar (mult mai mulți vânzători decât
|
||
cumpărători, sau invers) mișcă prețul repede într-o direcție. Consolidarea e
|
||
exact opusul: cei doi taberi au ajuns aproximativ la egalitate în acea zonă
|
||
de preț — nici cumpărătorii nu pot împinge mai sus, nici vânzătorii mai jos
|
||
— deci prețul oscilează într-un interval (range) fără să avanseze. Abia
|
||
când unul din tabere capătă avantaj clar (de obicei prin apariția de
|
||
cumpărători/vânzători noi, nu doar redistribuirea celor vechi), prețul iese
|
||
din range — asta e breakout-ul.</p>
|
||

<p><strong>De ce urmărești asta:</strong> un range îți dă exact nivelurile (high și low)
|
||
între care nu ai niciun avantaj statistic — și îți dă și target-ul de profit
|
||
pentru continuare (înălțimea range-ului, proiectată din breakout).
|
||
<strong>Ce faci când îl vezi:</strong> nu ghicești direcția înainte de breakout — aștepți
|
||
traversarea confirmată a marginii range-ului.</p>
|
||
<h3 id="exemplu-1-breakout-lung-continuare-de-uptrend-nke-zilnic">Exemplu 1 — breakout lung, continuare de uptrend (NKE, zilnic)</h3>
|
||
<p>Uptrend anterior 80 → 96, apoi consolidare între 93 și 98, breakout peste 98.
|
||
Target = înălțimea range-ului (5 puncte) proiectată de la nivelul de
|
||
breakout: 98 + 5 = 103.</p>

<h3 id="gotchas-consolidare">Gotchas — consolidare</h3>
|
||
<ul>
|
||
<li><strong>Rabdarea e obligatorie, nu opțională.</strong> Un range poate ține săptămâni pe
|
||
un grafic daily/weekly — cursul dă exemplul unei poziții ținute mult timp
|
||
în consolidare înainte ca target-ul să se atingă; ieșirea din nerăbdare
|
||
înainte de breakout e o pierdere de oportunitate, nu o gestiune de risc.</li>
|
||
<li><strong>Breakout fără volum = suspect.</strong> Exact ca la retest-ul din perechea
|
||
DA/NU de mai sus — un poke slab peste marginea range-ului, cu volum mic,
|
||
se întoarce des în range.</li>
|
||
<li><strong>Nu presupune direcția înainte de breakout</strong> — un range poate sparge în
|
||
ambele direcții, indiferent de trendul care l-a precedat.</li>
|
||

||
<h2 id="structura-de-trend-swing-uri-consecutive">Structura de trend — swing-uri consecutive</h2>
|
||
<h3 id="mecanismul-de-ce-hhhl-inseamna-uptrend-intact">Mecanismul — de ce HH/HL înseamnă uptrend intact</h3>
|
||
<p>Idee folosită de mai multe ori mai jos, explicată o singură dată: fiecare
|
||
swing low nou care se formează <strong>mai sus</strong> decât precedentul arată că
|
||
cumpărătorii au intervenit mai devreme (la un preț mai mare) decât la
|
||
scăderea anterioară — dovadă că cererea crește, nu doar se repetă.</p>
|
||

<p>Cumpărătorii au intervenit la un preț mai mare (104 față de 100) și în
|
||
forță mai mare (150 față de 60) — motivul mecanic pentru care minimul e
|
||
mai sus, nu doar o coincidență. Pentru downtrend (lower highs / lower
|
||
lows), mecanismul e oglindit: vânzătorii intervin mai sus la fiecare
|
||
revenire, respingând prețul din ce în ce mai devreme.</p>
|
||
<h3 id="pattern-2-higher-highs-higher-lows-uptrend">Pattern 2 — Higher Highs / Higher Lows (uptrend)</h3>
|
||
<p>Un uptrend valid = o succesiune de swing high-uri și swing low-uri în care
|
||
fiecare e mai sus decât precedentul de același tip — practic o scară.</p>

<p><strong>De ce urmărești asta:</strong> structura HH/HL îți dă atât zona de intrare (lângă
|
||
trendline-ul inferior sau la breakout peste swing high) cât și nivelul de
|
||
invalidare (sub ultimul swing low) — nu ai nevoie de niciun alt indicator ca
|
||
să definești un stop motivat.
|
||
<strong>Ce faci când îl vezi:</strong> cauți un trigger (candelă de confirmare, vezi
|
||
<code>01_MODUL_1/05_patternuri_candele.md</code>) în zona de bounce, sau aștepți
|
||
breakout-ul confirmat peste swing high-ul precedent — nu intri doar pentru
|
||
că "arată ca un uptrend".</p>
|
||
<h3 id="danu-structura-tine-sau-se-rupe">DA/NU — structura ține sau se rupe</h3>
|
||
<p>Diferența dintre "uptrend intact" și "uptrend rupt" nu e vizibilă în
|
||
momentul minimului — e vizibilă comparat cu swing low-ul precedent.</p>
|
||
<p><strong>DA — noul swing low ține deasupra precedentului, nu shortezi</strong></p>
|
||

<p>Mecanismul e mirror-ul celui de mai sus, nu unul nou: la fiecare revenire,
|
||
vânzătorii intervin mai devreme (la preț mai mic decât precedentul swing
|
||
high) — semn că oferta crește, nu doar se repetă. Stop-ul deasupra
|
||
ultimului swing high se justifică la fel: dacă prețul îl rupe în sus,
|
||
structura de downtrend e invalidată, nu doar "a corectat puțin".</p>
|
||
<p>Aceeași distincție DA/NU se aplică oglindit — swing high nou sub cel
|
||
precedent (109.00 < 114.00) confirmă downtrend-ul intact; un swing high
|
||
care rupe peste precedentul (ex. 116.00 > 114.00) rupe structura, exact ca
|
||
în perechea DA/NU de mai sus, doar cu direcția inversată.</p>
|
||
<h2 id="patternuri-mentionate-dar-tratate-in-alta-lectie">Patternuri menționate, dar tratate în altă lecție</h2>
|
||
<p>Transcrierea numește, în treacăt, trei pattern-uri fără să le detalieze —
|
||
mentorul spune explicit că "o să vorbim despre el" (triple top) sau "o să
|
||
vorbesc despre patternul ăsta în continuare" (bull flag), deci apar
|
||
complet în altă lecție, nu aici:
|
||
- <strong>Triple top</strong> — trei swing high-uri consecutive la același nivel.
|
||
- <strong>Double top</strong> — menționat o singură dată, fără detaliu.
|
||
- <strong>Bull flag</strong> — corecție scurtă într-un uptrend deja stabilit.</p>
|
||
<h2 id="gotchas-practice-structura-de-trend">Gotchas practice — structura de trend</h2>
|
||
<ul>
|
||
<li><strong>Nu shortezi doar pentru că prețul a ieșit sub trendline.</strong> Trendline-ul
|
||
e o aproximare vizuală; nivelul care contează e ultimul swing low/high
|
||
confirmat (vezi perechea DA/NU).</li>
|
||
<li><strong>Piața nu e perfectă</strong> — spus explicit în curs: scara de swing-uri rareori
|
||
e la fel de simetrică ca într-un desen. Verifică swing-urile reale, nu
|
||
presupune că fiecare candelă respectă exact panta canalului.</li>
|
||
<li><strong>Nu confunda o consolidare din interiorul unui trend cu o rupere de
|
||
structură</strong> — o pauză (Pattern 1) poate apărea în mijlocul unei
|
||
succesiuni HH/HL fără s-o invalideze, atâta timp cât swing low-urile din
|
||
interiorul ei nu rup minimul precedent.</li>

<h2 id="cum-se-leaga-de-restul-maps">Cum se leagă de restul MAPS</h2>

<p>Litera M (din MAPS — Harta Tranzacției Corecte) e patternul; singur nu e
|
||
suficient. Consolidarea și structura HH/HL sau LH/LL îți dau zona și
|
||
invalidarea, dar tot ai nevoie de trigger (litera A) și de plan (P) pentru
|
||
un trade complet — vezi celelalte materiale.</p>

<p><em>Notă: mecanismele ("De ce prețul se odihnește", "De ce HH/HL înseamnă
|
||
uptrend intact"), toate diagramele cu cifre concrete, exemplele numerice
|
||
(entry/SL/TP), perechile DA/NU și gotchas-urile sunt completări ale mele,
|
||
dincolo de ce spune explicit transcrierea — cursul descrie formele și dă
|
||
exemple vizuale pe grafice reale (Nike, UPS, Russell, Philip Morris, Nvidia,
