<p>Sesiune scurtă, de ~45 de minute, ținută în paralel cu un semnal MBAP live pe
SPY. Au fost puține întrebări, așa că o bună parte e comentariu pe piață. Au
rămas patru lucruri utile: <strong>cum arată un uptrend</strong> (pe AMD), <strong>când muți
stop-ul la breakeven</strong>, <strong>de ce nu folosește FVG-ul</strong> și <strong>cum alege
punctele unei divergențe</strong>. Mai jos sunt grupate pe subiecte, nu în ordinea
din înregistrare.</p>

<h2 id="uptrend-ul-pe-amd-higher-high-higher-low-si-trigger-ul-care-tine">Uptrend-ul pe AMD: higher high, higher low și trigger-ul care ține</h2>
<p><strong>Contextul lui.</strong> Piața era „praf și pulbere”: <strong>63 de advancers la 439 de
decliners</strong>. Totuși Nvidia urca, pentru că se ridicase restricția de vânzare
de procesoare către China, iar AMD făcuse „plus 6, 6,50” în ziua respectivă (probabil procente; transcrierea nu spune unitatea). L-a
deschis pe AMD ca să arate „ce înseamnă uptrend”.</p>
<p><strong>Definiția, cum a spus-o el:</strong> downtrend, consolidare, apoi <strong>breakout peste
vârful anterior (previous swing high)</strong> făcut cu un <strong>buy doji</strong>. După
breakout vine un pullback care se oprește <strong>mai sus</strong> decât swing low-ul
anterior, apoi un vârf nou. Adică <strong>higher high, higher low</strong>.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Swing high</strong> = un vârf cu bare mai joase de ambele părți. <strong>Swing low</strong> =
inversul.</li>
<li><strong>Higher low (HL)</strong> = pullback-ul se oprește deasupra swing low-ului
dinainte. <strong>Higher high (HH)</strong> = vârful nou trece de cel dinainte.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>De ce urmărești asta.</strong> Structura îți spune unde e ideea greșită. Cât timp
fiecare pullback se oprește deasupra celui dinainte, cumpărătorii acceptă
prețuri tot mai mari, deci stop-ul stă sub ultimul higher low și nu îl muți
mai aproape din nervi.</p>
<p><strong>Trade-ul, cu cifrele lui:</strong> MP² dăduse trigger pe AMD la ora <strong>19:30</strong>
(ora României). A citit două minime de după intrare, <strong>141.60</strong> și
<strong>141.90</strong>: „nu te scotea”. Apoi a venit un gap-up. Remarca lui despre
gap-up: volumul era slab, „nu-l văd bine, sincer”.</p>

<p>Pe diagramă (construită de mine în jurul celor două minime ale lui): intrare
<strong>143.00</strong> la close-ul buy doji-ului, care închide peste swing high-ul de
142.90. Stop-ul e la <strong>141.40</strong>, sub ultimul swing low dinainte de trigger
(141.45). Riscul e 1.60, deci ținta de 2R e la <strong>146.20</strong>. Minimele 141.60 și
141.90 sunt higher lows și nu ating stop-ul. Ținta se atinge pe gap.</p>
<p><strong>NU: pullback-ul închide sub ultimul higher low.</strong> Aceeași intrare, dar a
doua revenire închide la 140.90, sub 141.45. Nu mai ai uptrend, iar stop-ul
iese cu -1R:</p>

<p><strong>Ce faci când vezi un gap-up cu volum mic:</strong> nu adaugi la poziție. Gap-ul
fără volum înseamnă că prețul s-a mutat pe puține ordine, peste noapte, iar
cumpărătorii mari nu l-au urmărit în deschidere. (Explicația mecanică e a
mea. El a spus doar că nu arată bine.)</p>
<p><strong>Ce a mai văzut pe același grafic.</strong> În mijlocul ecranului, un <strong>inverted
H&amp;S</strong> („capul răsturnat”), plus un <strong>island bottom</strong> și un flag (wedge). Pe
60 de minute, plecarea era un <strong>MDSRT</strong> „fix”: <strong>suport weekly</strong>, double
bottom cu al doilea picior mai jos, cu <strong>divergență pe volum</strong> și pe Power,
și ieșire cu buy doji. Observația lui: „în prima fază vedeai double bottom”,
iar H&amp;S-ul răsturnat îl vedeai abia când se forma umărul drept. Aceeași
mișcare, citită din trei pattern-uri pe măsură ce se construiește.</p>

<h2 id="stop-ul-la-breakeven-de-ce-nu-la-fix-jumatate">Stop-ul la breakeven: de ce nu la fix jumătate</h2>
<p>Întrebare din sală: „de unde știi că ai ajuns la jumătate din câștig?” (MBAP
live pe SPY ajunsese „la 1 pe 2”, adică la jumătatea drumului spre țintă.)</p>
<p><strong>Răspunsul lui:</strong> îți măsori distanța. Dacă ținta e la 100, la 50 muți
stop-ul la breakeven (BE), adică la prețul de intrare. Pe Trading 212 e
simplu, vezi distanța direct în platformă.</p>
<p><strong>Nuanța care contează:</strong> „vă recomand în situația asta să lăsați mai mult de
50”. Motivul: la 1/2 prețul face des un pullback exact până la intrare. Te
scoate la zero, apoi pleacă spre țintă. „O să o testați pe pielea voastră.”</p>
<p><strong>Varianta cu mai multe poziții,</strong> dacă tot vrei BE devreme: intri cu 2 (sau
3) poziții. Închizi una la 1/2, iar restul le ții cu stop-ul la BE.</p>
<p><strong>NU: o singură poziție, BE exact la 1/2.</strong> SPY pe 15 minute, stop-ul
semnalului lui la <strong>0.8%</strong> sub intrare:</p>

<p>Cifrele sunt construite de mine. De la el sunt regula „mai mult de 50”,
varianta cu 2 poziții și stop-ul de 0.8%. Pragul de 3/4 e alegerea mea, ca
exemplu de „mai mult de 50”.</p>
<p><strong>Costul variantei a treia</strong>, ca să nu pară gratis: dacă prețul se întorcea
de la 627.40 până la stop, pierdeai -1R întreg, nu 0. Cumperi șansa de a nu fi
scos de retest cu riscul inițial ținut mai mult timp.</p>
<p><strong>De ce retestul vine des până la intrare (completarea mea):</strong> cei care au
cumpărat mai jos iau profit la primul vârf, iar vânzarea lor coboară prețul
până unde apar cumpărători noi. Aceia sunt, de obicei, cei care au ratat
breakout-ul și au limit-uri de cumpărare la nivelul rupt, adică exact în zona
intrării tale. Acolo cererea oprește căderea. Stop-ul tău la BE stă fix
deasupra acestor ordine, deci e primul executat.</p>
<p><strong>Retestul, cum l-a numit el:</strong> după buy, prețul a retestat breakout-ul
vârfului anterior. „Care în break of structure se numește FVG, fair value
gap.” Iar la „a preluat lichiditatea” din sală a răspuns că asta ar putea-o
vedea doar un instituțional, cu level 2 / level 3 și rapoarte de 50 de pagini
pe care nici el nu le înțelege. Concluzia lui: multe concepte SMC sunt
„rebotezate” din analiza old school.</p>
<p><strong>Rezultatul live:</strong> „10 dolari i-am făcut”. A reamintit și regula lui
despre semnalele live: „în general primul semnal nu prea merge”.</p>

<h2 id="fvg-ul-si-de-ce-prefera-intrarea-la-13-din-marubozu">FVG-ul, și de ce preferă intrarea la 1/3 din marubozu</h2>
<p><strong>Ce e FVG-ul, cum l-a desenat el pe TradeStation.</strong> Trei candele
consecutive în aceeași direcție: prima și a treia mici, <strong>cea din mijloc un
marubozu mare</strong>. Golul dintre <strong>high-ul primei</strong> candele și <strong>low-ul celei de-a
treia</strong> e fair value gap-ul. Strategia clasică pune un <strong>limit order în gap</strong>,
stop-ul <strong>la low-ul primei candele</strong> și țintă <strong>1 la 1</strong>.</p>
<p>Remarca lui: „de aia funcționează și marubozu-ul”. FVG-ul e tot un marubozu,
privit din altă școală.</p>
<p><strong>DA: prețul revine în gap și limit-ul se execută.</strong></p>

<p>Gap-ul e între <strong>168.40</strong> (high-ul lui A) și <strong>170.80</strong> (low-ul lui C).
Limit-ul e la mijloc, <strong>169.60</strong>, stop-ul la <strong>167.60</strong> (low-ul lui A), deci
riscul e 2.00 și ținta 1:1 e la <strong>171.60</strong>. Limit-ul pe mijlocul gap-ului e
alegerea mea. El a spus doar „în gap”.</p>
<p><strong>NU, iar ăsta e argumentul lui: pullback-ul nu ajunge unde ai pus limit-ul.</strong> „Aștept
pullback în gap. Zi-mi unde s-a întâmplat pullback. Never ever, la revedere.”</p>

<p>Același marubozu (168.20 → 171.20). Pullback-ul se oprește la <strong>169.90</strong>,
adică intră doar în partea de sus a gap-ului și nu ajunge la limit-ul de la
169.60. Cine aștepta în FVG rămâne pe dinafară. Limit-ul
la <strong>1/3 din marubozu, 170.20</strong>, se execută. Cu stop-ul sub open-ul
marubozu-ului (168.10) și țintă 1:1 la <strong>172.30</strong>, trade-ul merge.</p>
<p><strong>De ce 1/3 se execută mai des (completarea mea):</strong> 1/3 din marubozu e mai
aproape de close-ul lui decât mijlocul gap-ului. Orice pullback care ajunge la
mijlocul gap-ului trece întâi prin 1/3, dar nu și invers. Prețul de intrare e
mai prost, dar îl primești mai des.</p>
<p><strong>Regula lui:</strong> „mai bine intri între 1/3 și 1/2 pe marubozu, cum vă învăț
eu, că ai mai multe șanse să faci bani”. Are FVG-ul programat în
TradeStation, dar „n-am văzut în backtesting ceva real”. Order block-urile
„merg” pe 60 și 240 de minute, însă fără consistență.</p>

<h2 id="double-bottom-sub-pivot-capcana-pentru-short-uri-si-vwap-ul-ca-tinta">Double bottom sub pivot: capcana pentru short-uri și VWAP-ul ca țintă</h2>
<p>Pe SPY, 5 minute, a arătat un <strong>MDSRT pe 5 minute</strong>: double bottom cu al
doilea picior mai jos, <strong>pivotul ca suport</strong> și buy hammer.</p>
<p><strong>De ce funcționează double bottom-ul cu al doilea picior mai jos,
repetat:</strong> cei învățați pe FVG și break of structure văd un breakdown sub
swing low <strong>și</strong> sub pivot și intră short. „Și unde v-ați dus cu short?”
Volumul nu confirma căderea. Prețul se întoarce, iar cei short trebuie să
cumpere ca să iasă.</p>
<p><strong>VWAP-ul ca rezistență intraday.</strong> VWAP (volume weighted average price) e
prețul mediu al zilei, ponderat cu volumul. A arătat în trecut „bang, reject,
sell doji; bang, reject, sell momentum” la VWAP. „Dar asta e altă
strategie.”</p>

<p>Trade-ul, construit de mine pe structura lui: swing low <strong>620.40</strong>, pivot
<strong>621.00</strong>. Piciorul 2 coboară sub amândouă, iar short-urile intră la
închiderea de sub 620.40. Buy hammer-ul are low-ul la <strong>619.40</strong> și închide la
<strong>620.70</strong>: aici e intrarea. Stop-ul e la <strong>619.30</strong>, riscul 1.40. Ținta e
VWAP-ul de la <strong>623.00</strong>, adică <strong>1.6R</strong>. La VWAP apare un sell doji, deci
ieși acolo, nu speri mai sus.</p>
<p><strong>Ce faci când îl vezi:</strong> nu cumperi breakdown-ul și nici nu îl shortezi.
Aștepți trigger-ul de buy după el și închiderea înapoi peste swing low-ul
rupt. Ținta e primul nivel unde vânzătorii intraday au motiv să apară, iar pe
5 minute ăla e VWAP-ul.</p>

<h2 id="cum-alegi-punctele-divergentei">Cum alegi punctele divergenței</h2>
<p>Întrebare din sală: „când zici divergență, din ce punct o privești?”</p>
<p><strong>Răspunsul lui:</strong> „pentru că am ochiul format, mă uit la ultimele 2 swing
low-uri importante.” Regula pe care le-a dat-o când le-a cerut să deseneze
divergențe:</p>
<ol>
<li>te uiți <strong>60 de candele în spate</strong>;</li>
<li>între cele două puncte ale divergenței trebuie să fie <strong>minim 5
candele</strong>;</li>
<li>alegi <strong>swing low-uri</strong>, nu orice minim.</li>
</ol>
<p>În exemplul de pe ecran avea divergență <strong>atât pe linia de trend, cât și pe
histograma</strong> volumului lor. Pe diagrama SPY de mai sus, cele două picioare
sunt la 12 candele distanță, iar volumul pe piciorul 2 e mai mic.</p>
<p><strong>NU: două minime la doar 3 candele distanță.</strong></p>

<p>Low 2 (619.70) e sub low 1 (620.20), iar volumul e mai mic. Arată ca o
divergență, dar sunt doar 3 candele între ele, deci e aceeași mișcare, nu două
swing-uri. Prețul continuă în jos. (Diagrama e construită de mine. Pragul de 5
candele e al lui.)</p>
<p><strong>Și o divergență găsită „pe loc”:</strong> tot pe SPY, a arătat un low mai jos decât
precedentul, la care volumul nu confirma. „Aș putea să zic că, de fapt, aici
este divergență.” Spike-ul în jos a fost făcut ca să-i scoată pe cei cu stop
sub swing low-ul anterior.</p>

<h2 id="setup-uri-in-asteptare-itb-si-macro-ul-din-pib">Setup-uri în așteptare: ITB și macro-ul din PIB</h2>
<p><strong>ITB / XHB (construcții de case)</strong> se prăbușeau pe datele de inflație:
creștere pe categoria furniture / mobilier. Prețul era însă aproape de
suport, deci „se poate aștepta un MDSRT”. Starea setup-ului, cum a citit-o:</p>

<p><strong>Ce faci când îl vezi:</strong> nimic încă. Două divergențe fără trigger înseamnă
setup, nu intrare. A dat ca exemplu McDonald's, intrat pe același tipar, pe
buy. Cursantul care intrase acolo „s-a panicat” la prima candelă de vânzare
de după intrare.</p>
<p><strong>PIB-ul, pe care a insistat:</strong> „nu ignorați PIB-ul”, iar CPI și PPI „sunt
legate de produsul intern brut”. Pe site-ul BEA (și la Bureau of Labor
Statistics), la <strong>consumer spending</strong> din PIB, mergi pe categorie,
subcategorie și sub-subcategorie. Unde se cheltuie mai mult, acolo e
atractivitate pe sector. La fel, inflație în creștere într-un sector
înseamnă interes pe sectorul ăla. Apoi cauți în sector companii cu buy doji
și alte semnale. Traseul e: <strong>PIB → sector → companie → trigger pe grafic</strong>.
A promis un training separat pe CPI, PPI și PCE.</p>

<h2 id="energie-si-nuclear-teza-nu-un-trade">Energie și nuclear: teza, nu un trade</h2>
<p>Teza lui, cu Trump anunțat să vorbească despre „energy and innovation” în 30
de minute: AI-ul consumă enorm. Placa lui video trage 500W, iar parcurile de
chipuri Nvidia / AMD ale Meta și Google au nevoie de curent, deci de centrale,
inclusiv nucleare. Ce a arătat:</p>

<p>Nu a dat intrări pe ele. „Aproape 100%” pe IONQ e formularea lui; de la 18 la
30 înseamnă +67%.</p>
<p><strong>Alte două nume, pe scurt.</strong> Un biotech de ~19 dolari, deținut instituțional
(BlackRock, Vanguard), cu tratament injectat în retină, buy hammer și buy
doji, breakout din consolidare, volum puternic și multe opțiuni call.
Transcrierea dă simbolul ca „APLX”; după descriere pare Apellis (APLS), dar
asta e deducția mea. <strong>Confluent</strong>, ~25 de dolari: în partea de jos a unui
canal ascendent, posibil buy doji în ziua aia, cu ținte spre
august-septembrie („position trading”).</p>
<p><strong>Despre short:</strong> nu dă recomandări short, în afară de robot. Când face
short, îl face cu put-uri, nu short clasic.</p>

<h2 id="levier-spxl-trading-212-hard-to-borrow">Levier: SPXL, Trading 212, hard to borrow</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>SPXL vs. SPY.</strong> Cu levier 3x „procentul de câștig e la fel, dar suma e de
trei ori mai mică” (formularea unui cursant, confirmată de el). Adică
obții aceeași mișcare în dolari cu o treime din capital. Cifrele citite pe
SPXL, „0.53” și „0.34”, nu se pot lega sigur din transcriere.</li>
<li><strong>Overnight cu levier costă.</strong> Pe Trading 212, pozițiile cu levier plătesc
comision overnight, pentru că împrumuți bani („cămătari legali”). Fără
levier poți sta cât vrei. Futures-urile au comisioane mici și pe overnight.</li>
<li><strong>UDOW / SDOW</strong> = DIA cu levier 3x, long și short.</li>
<li><strong>Hard to borrow (HB):</strong> poți shorta și pe acțiuni marcate HB. Dacă
platforma nu te lasă, scrii la TradeStation să găsească acțiuni de
împrumutat. Problema reală e la acțiunile de 1 dolar sau de câțiva cenți,
nu la cele de 41 de dolari.</li>
</ul>

<h2 id="gotchas-din-sesiunea-asta">Gotchas din sesiunea asta</h2>
<ol>
<li><strong>Stop-ul la BE fix la jumătate te scoate exact înainte de mișcare.</strong>
Retestul intrării e normal. Mută-l mai târziu sau împarte poziția (vezi
perechea NU/DA pe SPY: 0R față de +2R pe același preț).</li>
<li><strong>Limit-ul în FVG poate să nu se execute niciodată.</strong> Pe diagrama NU,
prețul a urcat până la 177.10 fără tine. Intrarea la 1/3-1/2 din marubozu e mai
aproape și se execută mai des.</li>
<li><strong>Două minime apropiate nu fac o divergență.</strong> Sub 5 candele între ele e
aceeași mișcare.</li>
<li><strong>Gap-up-ul cu volum mic nu e confirmare.</strong> Pe AMD a spus explicit că nu
arată bine. Nu adăuga la poziție pe el. (Regula cu adăugatul e completarea
mea.)</li>
</ol>

<h2 id="ce-am-lasat-afara">Ce am lăsat afară</h2>
<p>Glumele de la început („strategia nu merge”) și povestea de weekend cu
pisica din interviu. Digresiunea despre cum ne auzim vocea (microfonul de
studio, Napoleon Hill și inventarea aparatului auditiv prin gramofon) și
geamurile sparte cu boxele. Povestea cursantului cu 30 de zile de test pe M2D,
care se plângea de ora semnalelor (e deja gotcha în Q&amp;A 29.07.2025). Discuția
despre prețul strategiilor (2.000 / 4.000 de euro pe strategie), despre
clienții care consumă energie, principiul Pareto și interviul de admitere în
comunitate. Glumele despre bere și mici.</p>

<h2 id="ce-e-completare-a-mea-dincolo-de-transcriere">Ce e completare a mea, dincolo de transcriere</h2>
<p><strong>Cifrele lui, verificabile în transcriere:</strong> 63 advancers / 439 decliners,
AMD „plus 6, 6,50”, trigger-ul MP² la 19:30, minimele 141.60 și 141.90. Stop-ul MBAP
de 0.8% („0,8% și 0,9%, fiecare cu măsura lui”), exemplul „100 → 50”, cele
2-3 poziții, câștigul de 10 dolari. Divergența: 60 de candele, minim 5 între
puncte. Energia: 500W, XLE -1.48, CEG ~300 de dolari, IONQ 18 → 30, NVDA
rezistență monthly 174. Biotech-ul de ~19 dolari, Confluent ~25 de dolari,
acțiunea de 41 de dolari la HB. SPXL 0.53 / 0.34, fără context clar.</p>
<p><strong>Construite de mine:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Toate prețurile din diagrame</strong>, în afara lui 141.60 / 141.90. Nu avem
capturi din sesiune.</li>
<li><strong>Trade-urile complete</strong> (intrare / SL / țintă / R) pe AMD, SPY 15 min, FVG
și SPY 5 min, inclusiv pragul de 3/4 pentru BE și ținta de 2R.</li>
<li><strong>Limit-ul pe mijlocul FVG-ului</strong> și <strong>stop-ul sub open-ul marubozu-ului</strong>
pentru intrarea la 1/3.</li>
<li><strong>VWAP-ul și pivotul desenate ca linii orizontale.</strong> În realitate VWAP-ul
se mișcă pe parcursul zilei.</li>
<li><strong>Explicațiile mecanice:</strong> de ce gap-up-ul fără volum e slab, de ce retestul
vine la intrare, de ce 1/3 se execută mai des decât mijlocul gap-ului.</li>
<li><strong>Identificarea biotech-ului ca Apellis (APLS)</strong> și calculul +67% pe IONQ.</li>
<li><strong>Interpretarea lui „1 pe 2” ca 1/2</strong> (jumătatea drumului spre țintă). În
transcriere apare și „marchează-ți 1-2”, pe care l-am citit ca „închizi o
poziție la 1/2”.</li>
