Conversie facuta de un agent, in 14 fisiere. Exemplele de trade sunt acum
serii continue cu volum: filtrele de scaner (ULTA, HIG cu RVOL 2.04x),
patternurile din Modulul 3 cu DA/NU pe retest, strategia ATMI cu pragul de
4%, MP2 cu gap si cazurile de spike, head & shoulders in ambele directii pe
EURUSD si XAU (cu volum maxim la cap si crescut la breakout), MDSRT cu
short-ul in oglinda, MBP cu managementul pozitiei, plus exemplele din
analiza fundamentala.

Ramase deliberat in forma veche, cu motiv tehnic: diagramele cu pivoti in
trepte din MP2 si cele cu TICUS din MBP - generatorul nu stie sa deseneze
pivoti in trepte sau panouri de indicator cu benzi Bollinger, iar textul se
refera explicit la ele. La fel, diagramele de order flow, locatoarele mici
si schemele conceptuale.

<h2 id="tldr">TLDR</h2>
<p>MBP = <strong>M</strong>ecanică + <strong>B</strong>ollinger Bands + <strong>P</strong>resiune (indicatorul TICUS) — numele
"Mbappé" e doar o glumă de sonoritate a instructorului, nu are legătură cu fotbalul.
Strategie mecanică de tip <strong>reverse</strong> (schimbare de trend, nu continuare), pe
<strong>15 minute, doar intra-day</strong>, pe equities/indici (testată pe SPY). Condiția de
intrare (M) cere ca prețul să închidă dincolo de o bandă Bollinger <strong>și</strong>
indicatorul TICUS (presiune tauri/urși pe toată piața din SUA) să treacă de
pragul de ±1000 <strong>pe aceeași candelă</strong> — apoi aștepți un trigger de moment
(Buy/Sell Momentum, Doji sau Hammer) ca să intri efectiv.</p>
<h2 id="de-ce-urmaresti-mbp-si-ce-faci-concret">De ce urmărești MBP și ce faci concret</h2>
<p>De ce: banda Bollinger singură îți spune doar că prețul e "întins" statistic;
TICUS îți spune dacă întinderea aia vine dintr-un dezechilibru real, pe toată
piața, chiar acum — combinația te ajută să decizi "aici e o extremă cu
șanse mari de revenire spre medie", nu doar "prețul a ieșit din bandă", ceea
ce se întâmplă des și fără să urmeze un reversal.</p>
<p>Ce faci concret, în ordine: (1) urmărești o candelă care închide dincolo de
bandă Bollinger; (2) verifici, pe <strong>aceeași candelă</strong>, dacă TICUS a trecut de
±1000 (click pe candelă, nu din ochi — vezi secțiunea DA/NU mai jos); (3) dacă
M e complet, aștepți primul trigger de moment; (4) la trigger, intri și
plasezi SL/TP conform regulilor de mai jos.</p>
<h2 id="de-unde-vine-numele-si-de-ce-doar-intra-day">De unde vine numele și de ce doar intra-day</h2>
<p>"Mecanică, Bollinger Bands și presiunea (indicatorul de presiune)" — de aici MBP.
Limitarea la intra-day nu e arbitrară: indicatorul TICUS nu funcționează în
pre-market/after-hours și se calculează doar în regular session — dacă îl scoți
de acolo (de exemplu ca să prinzi un catalizator economic publicat înainte de
deschidere), strategia nu mai are pe ce să se bazeze. De asta timeframe-ul
recomandat e 15 minute (funcționează și pe 5 minute — mai multe semnale, dar
mai slabe ca mărime medie — și pe 60 minute — mai puține semnale), dar niciodată
pe daily sau mai sus.</p>
<h2 id="concepte-folosite">Concepte folosite</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Bollinger Bands</strong> — SMA20 (linia din mijloc) ± 2 deviații standard (banda
superioară/inferioară). Aceleași bande ca la orice altă strategie din curs.</li>
<li><strong>TICUS</strong> — indicator propriu instructorului, care mimează $TICK-ul (All US
TIC): presiunea, în timp real, între tauri și urși pe <strong>toată piața de
equities din SUA</strong> (nu doar S&amp;P sau NASDAQ separat — acelea au prea puțină
amplitudine ca să fie utile). Explicat pe larg mai jos.</li>
<li><strong>Buy/Sell Momentum, Buy/Sell Doji, Buy Hammer</strong> — candela de trigger, aceleași
concepte de moment folosite și în celelalte strategii mecanice ale cursului.</li>
<li><strong>Bull Trail / Swing Low / Swing High</strong> — modul de a muta stop-loss-ul pe
măsură ce trade-ul avansează, bazat pe ultimele extreme locale (swing-uri).</li>
<li><strong>Volum</strong> — opțional; instructorul a testat filtrarea cu volum (3 bare
negative consecutive / distribuție pozitivă) și n-a găsit un avantaj real —
cel mult 1-2% îmbunătățire pe eșantioane foarte mari (1000+ tranzacții), nu
suficient cât să merite complicația.</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="ticus-mecanismul-inainte-de-a-l-aplica-pe-reguli">TICUS — mecanismul, înainte de a-l aplica pe reguli</h2>
<p>Prima dată când apare ideea, o explic o singură dată, aici, înainte de a o
folosi mai jos pe reguli și exemple.</p>
<p>TICUS numără, în fiecare moment, câte acțiuni din toată piața americană tocmai
au tranzacționat pe un preț mai mare decât tranzacția anterioară (uptick) minus
câte au tranzacționat pe un preț mai mic (downtick), însumat pe mii de titluri
simultan. Nu e un indicator derivat din prețul unui singur activ (ca RSI sau
MACD pe Apple) — e un instantaneu al <em>cine mișcă tot piața chiar acum</em>, tauri
sau urși. Are o linie de 0 (echilibru), un prag de +1000 (supracumpărare —
mult mai multe acțiuni urcă decât coboară simultan) și un prag de -1000
(supravânzare — inversul). Există și linii punctate la ±500, dar acelea sunt
doar referință vizuală, nu condiție de intrare.</p>

<p>Sub -1000 înseamnă că, în acel moment, dezechilibrul de tranzacții pe toată
piața e extrem în favoarea vânzătorilor — nu pe un singur titlu, pe <em>majoritatea</em>
titlurilor simultan. Peste +1000, inversul. Strategia MBP nu tranzacționează pe
divergențe TICUS (există o variantă separată a cursului pentru asta) — aici
folosește doar pragul absolut de ±1000, combinat cu banda Bollinger.</p>
<h2 id="regulile-strategiei-directia-long-buy">Regulile strategiei — direcția long (buy)</h2>
<ol>
<li>Cel puțin o candelă <strong>roșie</strong> cu prețul de închidere <strong>sub banda inferioară</strong>
Bollinger.</li>
<li>Pe <strong>aceeași candelă</strong>, TICUS ≤ <strong>-1000</strong> (oversold).</li>
<li>Trigger (prima apariție după condiția de mai sus): <strong>Buy Momentum</strong>, <strong>Buy
Doji</strong> sau <strong>Buy Hammer</strong>.</li>
<li>Stop-loss = cel mai jos minim (<strong>lowest low</strong>) din ultimele 4 candele înapoi
de la trigger, trigger-ul inclus.</li>
<li>Target de profit 1 (TP1) = aceeași distanță ca stop-loss-ul, proiectată în
sus de la intrare (risc/recompensă inițial 1:1).</li>
<li>Trail: pe <strong>Bull Trail</strong>, apoi pe <strong>Swing Low</strong> dacă se formează unul mai
sus decât stop-loss-ul curent.</li>
</ol>
<h2 id="regulile-strategiei-directia-short-sell">Regulile strategiei — direcția short (sell)</h2>
<p>Aceeași logică, oglindită:
1. Cel puțin o candelă <strong>verde</strong> cu prețul de închidere <strong>deasupra benzii
superioare</strong> Bollinger.
2. Pe <strong>aceeași candelă</strong>, TICUS ≥ <strong>+1000</strong> (overbought).
3. Trigger: <strong>Sell Momentum</strong> sau <strong>Sell Doji</strong>.
4. Stop-loss = cel mai sus maxim (<strong>highest high</strong>) din ultimele 4 candele
înapoi de la trigger, trigger-ul inclus.
5. TP1 = aceeași distanță ca stop-loss-ul, proiectată în jos (1:1).
6. Trail: pe <strong>Bull Trail</strong>, apoi pe <strong>Swing High</strong>.</p>
<p><em>Notă: în slide-urile cursului, eticheta "long"/"short" era inversată — cursul
a corectat verbal, regulile de mai sus sunt versiunea corectată.</em></p>

<p>Distanță SL-entry (623.95 - 623.60 = 0.35) și entry-TP1 (624.30 - 623.95 =
0.35) sunt egale — desenate la aceeași înălțime pe grafic (70px), nu doar
afirmate în text. Linia punctată verticală leagă candela M de pe preț cu
valoarea ei exactă pe TICUS, dedesubt — trebuie să fie aceeași candelă.</p>

<p>Instructorul a insistat pe asta live, verificând candelă cu candelă: o candelă
poate închide dincolo de bandă, dar dacă TICUS nu trece pragul de ±1000 <strong>pe
exact acea candelă</strong> (ci pe una vecină), condiția M nu e îndeplinită — nu ai
semnal, chiar dacă vizual pare o instalare identică.</p>

<p>Regulă practică din curs: nu te uita "din ochi" dacă închiderea e sub/peste
bandă sau dacă TICUS e sub/peste 1000 — click stânga pe candelă și citește
valoarea exactă. La limită (câțiva cenți sau chiar exact pe prag, ca în
exemplul short de mai sus), diferența dintre "condiție îndeplinită" și
"aproape, dar nu" nu se vede sigur cu ochiul liber.</p>
<h2 id="managementul-pozitiei-3-pozitii">Managementul poziției — 3 poziții</h2>
<p>Aceeași structură de 3 poziții ca la restul strategiilor mecanice ale
cursului, cu o nuanță specifică MBP:
- <strong>Poziția 1</strong> — închisă la TP1 (1:1).
- <strong>Poziția 2</strong> — închisă la reversal (primul semnal de sens opus).
- <strong>Poziția 3</strong> — trail pe ultimul swing (low pentru long, high pentru short).
- După ce prețul ajunge la un raport risc/recompensă de 1:2, se mută
stop-loss-ul rămas la breakeven (intrare) — nu se mai lasă poziția expusă
la risc inițial după acel punct.</p>

<h2 id="de-ce-functioneaza-mecanismul-dincolo-de-metafora">De ce funcționează — mecanismul, dincolo de metaforă</h2>
<p>Instructorul explică asta metaforic ("e ca un elastic întins prea mult") — mai
jos, mecanismul concret din spatele metaforei, ca să nu rămână doar o
reformulare.</p>
<p>Când TICUS trece de ±1000, înseamnă că, în acel moment, majoritatea acțiunilor
din piață tranzacționează simultan în aceeași direcție — o mișcare atât de
sincronizată pe mii de titluri deodată rareori vine doar din decizii noi,
organice, de cumpărare/vânzare; de obicei include și <strong>ordine forțate</strong>: stop-loss-uri
automate ale traderilor de sens opus care se declanșează în lanț (short squeeze
pe partea de sus, long squeeze/capitulare pe partea de jos — vezi mecanismul
detaliat mai jos). Aceste ordine forțate au un număr finit de participanți —
odată ce toți cei prinși pe sensul greșit au fost scoși din piață, nu mai
rămâne cine să continue presiunea, iar prețul revine spre medie (SMA20/banda
Bollinger), fix ideea de mean reversion pe care se bazează și restul benzii
Bollinger.</p>

<h3 id="exemplu-1-long-spy-cifre-din-curs-rotunjite-pentru-claritate">Exemplu 1 — Long, SPY (cifre din curs, rotunjite pentru claritate)</h3>
<p>Vezi diagrama Long de mai sus: candela M închide la 623.87, sub banda
inferioară (623.90), cu TICUS la -1150 pe aceeași candelă. Trigger buy
momentum → intrare <strong>long 623.95</strong>. Stop-loss <strong>623.60</strong> (lowest low, 4
candele). TP1 <strong>624.30</strong> (+0.35, 1:1). Poziția 3, cu trail, poate merge mult
mai departe — în eșantionul din curs, câteva astfel de tranzacții au ajuns la
raport risc/recompensă final de aproape 1:4, față de 1:1 inițial la TP1.</p>
<h3 id="exemplu-2-short-spy-cifre-din-curs-rotunjite">Exemplu 2 — Short, SPY (cifre din curs, rotunjite)</h3>
<p>Vezi diagrama Short de mai sus: candela M închide la 624.82, peste banda
superioară (624.77), cu TICUS exact la +1000 pe aceeași candelă (limită, nu
"aproape" — verificat prin click, nu din ochi). Trigger sell momentum →
intrare <strong>short 624.75</strong>. Stop-loss <strong>625.20</strong> (highest high, 4 candele). TP1
<strong>624.30</strong> (-0.45, 1:1).</p>
<h3 id="exemplu-3-cand-m-e-indeplinit-dar-trigger-ul-nu-vine-nu-forta-intrarea">Exemplu 3 — Când M e îndeplinit dar trigger-ul nu vine (nu forța intrarea)</h3>
<p>Nu orice candelă care închide dincolo de bandă cu TICUS la extrem are imediat
un trigger de moment în spate. Așa arată o instalare M validă care rămâne fără
intrare:</p>

<p>Regula practică e simetrică cu ce ai vedea în H&amp;S sau alte pattern-uri din
curs: condiția de context (M) nu e trigger de intrare — dacă trigger-ul nu
apare, aștepți, nu intri "pentru că oricum era oversold".</p>
<h2 id="rezultate-de-backtest-din-curs-spy-15-min-esantion-de-50-de-tranzactii">Rezultate de backtest (din curs, SPY, 15 min, eșantion de 50 de tranzacții)</h2>
<ul>
<li>Win rate <strong>76%</strong> (38 câștigătoare, 12 pierzătoare).</li>
<li>Proporție long/short: <strong>30 long, 20 short</strong>.</li>
<li>Câștig mediu <strong>0.53%</strong>, pierdere medie <strong>0.42%</strong>.</li>
<li>Profit total: <strong>20.17%</strong> fără trail / <strong>22%</strong> cu trail; minus <strong>5%</strong>
pierdere cumulată → net <strong>15.17%</strong> (fără trail) / <strong>17%</strong> (cu trail).</li>
<li>Risc/recompensă inițial 1:1 (la TP1), dar <strong>realizat pe eșantion ~1:4</strong>
datorită pozițiilor 2 și 3 lăsate pe trail.</li>
<li>Frecvență: în medie <strong>1-2 semnale/zi</strong> pe SPY 15 min (rar 3, uneori 0 mai
multe zile la rând).</li>
<li>Volumul filtrat separat n-a schimbat rezultatele semnificativ (motivul
pentru care e opțional, nu regulă obligatorie).</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="gotchas-practice">Gotchas practice</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Nu presupune vizual — click pe candelă.</strong> Diferența dintre "TICUS e sub
-1000" și "e la limită, dar nu chiar" (sau bandă atinsă cu 2-3 cenți) nu se
vede sigur cu ochiul liber — verifică valoarea exactă înainte să confirmi M.</li>
<li><strong>M și trigger pe candele diferite, dar TICUS și bandă pe aceeași candelă.</strong>
Trigger-ul (buy/sell momentum) poate veni pe candela următoare — normal. Dar
condiția M (bandă + TICUS) trebuie îndeplinită <strong>pe aceeași candelă</strong>, nu pe
două candele apropiate.</li>
<li><strong>Închide poziția la finalul sesiunii, indiferent de nivel.</strong> E strategie de
day trading, nu de swing — dacă rămâi în piață peste noapte pe futures,
riști gap-uri pe care TICUS (limitat la regular session) nu te avertizează.</li>
<li><strong>Nu e pentru cei care vor multe tranzacții pe zi.</strong> Cu 1-2 semnale/zi pe
SPY 15 min, forțarea unor intrări suplimentare (fără M complet) strică
exact avantajul statistic din backtest.</li>
