Sumarizare Q&A 27.05.2025 si ultimele doua transcrieri
Sesiune despre scanerul de doji: buy doji dupa cel putin 8 candele de downtrend si oglinda lui pe short, lista de asteptare cu percent 10, filtrele de pret si lichiditate cu capcanele lor de setare, si de ce nu shortezi sub 10 dolari (short squeeze). Patru diagrame construite, toate fara ticker, cu assert pe definitia doji-ului si pe R. Cu asta toate cele 28 de lectii Q&A au transcriere. check_duplicates confirma ca 27.05 si 28.05 sunt sesiuni diferite, desi sunt la o zi distanta si de durata apropiata. <h2 id="doi-termeni-folositi-peste-tot-mai-jos">Doi termeni folosiți peste tot mai jos</h2>
|
||||

<li><strong>Doji</strong> — candelă cu corp aproape inexistent: open ≈ close, cu fitil în
|
||||
ambele părți. Cumpărătorii și vânzătorii au împins prețul fiecare în
|
||||
direcția lui și s-au întâlnit la final aproape de unde au pornit. După un
|
||||
trend lung, e prima bară în care direcția trendului nu mai câștigă.</li>
|
||||
<li><strong>Buy doji / sell doji</strong> — trigger-ul ATM care confirmă doji-ul. Formularea
|
||||
lui: „aștepți trigger-ul de buy doji, să închidă o candelă peste high-ul
|
||||
ăla" — adică o candelă care <strong>închide peste high-ul doji-ului</strong> (la sell
|
||||
doji: închide <strong>sub low-ul</strong> lui). Vine „candela următoare sau 3 candele de
|
||||
la doji". Nu există buy doji fără un doji înainte.</li>
|
||||

<p>Diferența contează pentru tot ce urmează: doji-ul e <strong>setup-ul</strong> (te pune pe
|
||||
listă), buy doji-ul e <strong>trigger-ul</strong> (te bagă în trade).</p>

<p>Pe strategia de buy doji simplă, spune el, „nu ai nevoie de nimic" altceva
|
||||
decât un downtrend de 8-10 candele urmat de trigger. Scanner-ul se face din
|
||||

<p><strong>Since Bear ≥ 8</strong>, nu = 8: găsește și simbolurile cu 10, 15 sau 20 de
|
||||
candele de downtrend. Contorul numără candelele de la trigger-ul de sell
|
||||
momentum — nu „candele descrescătoare" în sens larg (asta s-ar putea face
|
||||
doar cu un indicator custom, de exemplu „sub o medie mobilă de X candele").</p>
|
||||
<p><strong>„= 0"</strong> — a pus inițial 1, a verificat și l-a schimbat în 0. În sesiune a
|
||||
confirmat că 0 înseamnă ultima candelă închisă, cu mențiunea „n-am testat".
|
||||
Un cursant care pusese 1 a primit semnalele de cu o zi mai devreme. Nu merge
|
||||
cu valori negative: TradeStation numără candelele spre trecut, iar „în viitor
|
||||
nu ai candele".</p>
|
||||
<p><strong>Rezultatul arată și de câte candele e trendul</strong>, într-o coloană — la el
|
||||
8, 12, 28, 9. Poți sorta după ea.</p>

<p>Avertismentul lui: „o să ratați simboluri în care ai buy doji, buy momentum

și pe urmă buy doji". Dacă în mijlocul scăderii apare un trigger de

<p>Plan de trade construit de mine, simetric cu cel de long: intrare 48.40 la

close-ul barei de sell doji, SL 49.85 peste high-ul doji-ului, TP 45.50 = 2R.</p>
|
||||
<p>Ce a găsit live, sortând după numărul de candele:</p>
|
||||
<ul>
|
||||
<li><strong>Unul cu 28 de candele de uptrend</strong>, „posibil" și la rezistență. A numărat pe grafic
|
||||
29 — a 29-a era candela în formare, pe care scanner-ul nu o numără. După
|
||||
sell doji a luat-o în jos, „cu volum negativ" — „nu înseamnă că merge de
|
||||
fiecare dată".</li>
|
||||
<li><strong>Unul cu 12 candele</strong>, pe care a recunoscut pe grafic un Head & Shoulders;
|
||||
sell doji pe a 12-a candelă, apoi a luat-o în direcția opusă.</li>
|
||||
<li><strong>Un rezultat cu ~80 de candele</strong> — „cred că o aberație".</li>
|
||||
</ul>
|
||||
<h3 id="short-ul-are-nevoie-de-piata-slaba-nu-doar-de-semnal">Short-ul are nevoie de piață slabă, nu doar de semnal</h3>
|
||||
<p>Piața era atunci „foarte strong bull", deci „nu prea e de shortat": un sell
|
||||
doji poate fi doar un pullback de tip bull flag, după care prețul reia
|
||||
urcarea. „Când shortăm, să fie overall piața praf."</p>
|
||||
<p><strong>Filtrul pe sector</strong>, în locul pieței întregi:</p>

<p><strong>De ce ajută (completarea mea):</strong> o companie scade rar singură într-un
|
||||
sector care urcă, pentru că fondurile sectoriale și ETF-urile o cumpără
|
||||
automat odată cu restul. Când 30 de companii din același sector dau semnal
|
||||
simultan, vânzarea vine de la nivel de sector (fonduri care ies din tot
|
||||
sectorul), deci nu există un cumpărător structural care să oprească scăderea.</p>
|
||||

||||
<h2 id="scanner-de-doji-lista-de-asteptare-inainte-de-trigger">Scanner de doji: lista de așteptare, înainte de trigger</h2>
|
||||
<p>A doua variantă: scanezi după <strong>doji</strong> (nu după buy doji), ca să ai lista
|
||||
pregătită înainte să vină trigger-ul. Pui lista într-un Radar Screen cu
|
||||
indicatorul ATM și vezi când apare buy/sell doji. „Așa vă puteți pregăti din
|
||||
timp."</p>
|
||||
<p>Setarea:</p>
|
||||
<ul>
|
||||
<li>Înlocuiești condiția de buy/sell doji cu indicatorul standard TradeStation
|
||||
<strong>Doji</strong> = true.</li>
|
||||
<li><strong>Parametrul percent: pune 10, nu 5.</strong> Standardul TradeStation e 5; la
|
||||
buy doji și sell doji ATM e 10 — „vă găsește un doji un pic mai grăsuț".
|
||||
(Completarea mea: parametrul e dimensiunea maximă a corpului, ca procent din
|
||||
range-ul candelei — la 10%, o candelă cu range 1.00 poate avea corp de
|
||||
până la 0.10.)</li>
|
||||
</ul>
|
||||
<p>Rezultatele live:</p>
|
||||
<ul>
|
||||
<li><strong>UV</strong> — 29 de candele de uptrend și un doji, „dar nu e situația ideală":
|
||||
el vrea un doji clar, de tip spinning. „Trebuie să le iei la mână, să le
|
||||
purichezi."</li>
|
||||
<li><strong>UMC</strong> — 32 de candele, doji, iar pe candela de azi se forma sell doji.
|
||||
„Dacă îl aveai în listă de aseară, acum vedeai un sell doji în formare."
|
||||
Dar e o acțiune de 7 dolari — vezi secțiunea de mai jos.</li>
|
||||
</ul>
|
||||
<p><strong>Același principiu pentru buy momentum:</strong> când piața scade, scanezi după
|
||||
mai mult de 10 candele de downtrend și găsești „dezastrele". Dintre ele, unele
|
||||
ajung la un <strong>suport important, quarterly sau monthly</strong> („mai rar pe la
|
||||
pivot"). Acolo, dacă ai o <strong>divergență bull</strong>, aștepți buy momentum. La fel
|
||||
pentru buy hammer.</p>
|
||||
<p>Legătura cu ce spune despre semnalele lui în general: „foarte rar" sunt pur
|
||||
mecanice — de obicei sunt combinații cu un pattern (divergență, H&S, wedge),
|
||||
iar la bottom „în general avem de a face cu o divergență bull".</p>
|
||||

<li><strong>Scanner-ul lucrează pe candelă închisă.</strong> Scanând pe daily în timpul
|
||||
zilei, găsește semnalul de ieri, nu candela în formare. (Lucrează la o
|
||||
variantă pe candelă deschisă, care „necesită o putere fantastică de
|
||||
calcul".)</li>
|
||||
<li><strong>Un scanner nou e implicit pe daily.</strong> Dacă vrei 60 sau 30 de minute,
|
||||
schimbi manual time frame-ul; altfel scanează tot pe daily.</li>
|
||||
<li><strong>Toate condițiile pe același time frame.</strong> Nu pui buy momentum pe 60 de
|
||||
minute și downtrend pe daily — „o să vă găsească aberații".</li>
|
||||
<li><strong>Nu stai lângă el.</strong> Programezi scanarea la o oră, lași calculatorul în
|
||||
priză și te uiți pe rezultate când a terminat.</li>
|
||||
</ol>
|
||||

|
||||
<h2 id="de-ce-nu-shortezi-actiuni-sub-10-dolari-short-squeeze">De ce nu shortezi acțiuni sub 10 dolari: short squeeze</h2>
|
||||
<p>Prima lecție de la primul lui mentor, Jeff (Williams): evită short-ul, iar
|
||||
sub 10 dolari nu shorta deloc. El personal „foarte rar" shortează pe swing
|
||||
trading (pe day trading, da). La întrebarea „chiar dacă faci în aceeași zi?":
|
||||
„E riscul tău."</p>
|
||||
<p><strong>Căderile agresive sunt rare</strong> și vin cu un catalizator (Fed-ul, PIB-ul, un
|
||||
indice de inflație). Riscul mare la short e în direcția opusă: <strong>short
|
||||
squeeze</strong>.</p>
|
||||
<p><strong>Definiții, înainte de mecanism:</strong></p>
|
||||
<ul>
|
||||
<li><strong>Limit order</strong> — ordin care stă în carte la un preț fix și se execută doar
|
||||
dacă prețul ajunge acolo.</li>
|
||||
<li><strong>Buy to cover</strong> — ordinul cu care <strong>închizi un short</strong>: cumperi înapoi
|
||||
acțiunile împrumutate. Pe grafic are exact efectul unei cumpărări.
|
||||
(În sesiune a zis „închiderea poziției long se face cu buy-to-cover" —
|
||||
o scăpare de vorbire; e poziția short.)</li>
|
||||
<li><strong>Short squeeze</strong> — urcare rapidă produsă de short-uri închise în masă:
|
||||
fiecare buy to cover împinge prețul în sus, ceea ce pune pe pierdere
|
||||
următorul short, care închide și el.</li>
|
||||
</ul>
|
||||
<h3 id="mecanismul-pe-double-bottom-cu-al-doilea-picior-mai-jos">Mecanismul, pe double bottom cu al doilea picior mai jos</h3>
|
||||
<p>Pașii lui:</p>
|
||||
<ol>
|
||||
<li>Există un swing low (primul picior). Retail-ul îl consideră suport.</li>
|
||||
<li>Prețul cade sub el → retail-ul intră <strong>short</strong> acolo, pentru că așa a
|
||||
învățat.</li>
|
||||
<li>„Băieții cu banii mulți" au <strong>tone de limit order de buy</strong> mai jos.</li>
|
||||
<li>Prețul atinge limit-urile → cumpărare masivă „în câteva secunde"; cei
|
||||
short intră pe pierdere și închid cu buy to cover → „până închizi
|
||||
poziția, s-a dus deja 10%" (citat cu ortografia normalizată).</li>
|
||||
</ol>
|
||||
<p>„Mai ales într-o divergență, dacă volumul e așa, de obicei este short
|
||||
squeeze aici."</p>
|

<p><strong>De ce se întâmplă atât de repede (completarea mea):</strong> stop-urile celor
|
||||
short stau toate într-o zonă îngustă, chiar deasupra locului unde au intrat
|
||||
— la câțiva cenți peste swing low. Când prețul revine acolo, stop-urile devin
|
||||
simultan ordine de cumpărare la piață. Cei care au pus limit-urile jos nu mai
|
||||
trebuie să cumpere agresiv: vânzătorii panicați le-au livrat acțiunile, iar
|
||||
cumpărarea forțată a short-urilor face restul drumului.</p>
|
||||
<p>Același mecanism explică de ce breakout-urile de la bottom nu mai fac
|
||||
retest — vezi <a href="01_2026-08-25.html#de-ce-breakout-urile-nu-mai-fac-retest">Q&A 25.08.2026</a>.</p>
|
||||
<p><strong>Exemplele de pe S&P pe care le-a arătat:</strong></p>
|
||||
<ul>
|
||||
<li>O candelă daily mare, verde — în intraday, cea mai mare parte s-a format
|
||||
<strong>în 5 minute</strong>. Cei short intraseră când prețul a căzut <strong>sub open-ul</strong>
|
||||
candelei (nu sub low), iar squeeze-ul i-a prins acolo.</li>
|
||||
<li>O candelă care a deschis cu <strong>gap down</strong>, a fost împinsă în jos, apoi a
|
||||
urcat și a închis aproape de high — uitați-vă unde e high-ul față de close.</li>
|
||||
</ul>
|
||||
<h3 id="de-ce-e-mai-grav-la-valorile-mici">De ce e mai grav la valorile mici</h3>
|
||||
<ul>
|
||||
<li><strong>Manipulabile cu volum mic</strong>: „cu un volum foarte mic poți să miști prețul
|
||||
instant".</li>
|
||||
<li><strong>Catalizatori binari</strong>: multe sunt companii de biotehnologie — se aprobă
|
||||
un medicament și acțiunea face <strong>+70% într-o singură zi</strong>.</li>
|
||||
<li><strong>Gap-uri în intraday.</strong> Te duci la baie, iar în 15 secunde - un minut
|
||||
a venit squeeze-ul. Fără stop-loss, pierderea e nelimitată. Cu stop-loss,
|
||||
„dacă face gap peste stop-loss-ul tău, la revedere" — iar la valorile mici
|
||||
pot exista gap-uri și intraday. Mecanismul de execuție la gap e explicat în
|
||||
<a href="27_2025-05-28.html#de-ce-stop-loss-ul-nu-te-protejeaza-la-gap">Q&A 28.05.2025</a>.</li>
|
||||
</ul>
|
||||
<p><strong>Aritmetica short-ului (completarea mea):</strong> la long, pierderea maximă e
|
||||
prețul plătit (acțiunea poate ajunge la 0). La short, pierderea nu are plafon.
|
||||
Short la 5 dolari, +70% după aprobarea unui medicament → 8.50, adică o
|
||||
pierdere de 3.50 pe acțiune pe care nu o poți opri dacă prețul sare peste
|
||||
stop.</p>
|
||||
<h3 id="de-ce-nu-te-mai-poti-baza-pe-dom-level-2">De ce nu te mai poți baza pe DOM / Level 2</h3>
|
||||
<p>Jeff tranzacționează valorile mici cu DOM (depth of market). Asta mergea
|
||||
„acum 6-7 ani"; acum „e o mizerie": banii mari folosesc <strong>dark pools</strong> —
|
||||
locuri de tranzacționare în afara bursei publice, unde ordinele nu apar în
|
||||
cartea de ordine. Pe Level 2 nu mai vezi zidurile de limit order-uri care
|
||||
contează, deci nu le poți anticipa ca să eviți un squeeze.</p>
|
||||

|
||||
<h2 id="gotchas-practice">Gotchas practice</h2>
|
||||
<ol>
|
||||
<li><strong>Lista din scanner nu e o listă de trade-uri.</strong> UV avea 29 de candele și
|
||||
un doji, dar nu era un doji bun. Iei fiecare rezultat la mână.</li>
|
||||
<li><strong>Nu confunda doji-ul cu trigger-ul.</strong> Doji-ul te pune pe watchlist;
|
||||
intri doar la închiderea peste high (long) / sub low (short).
|
||||
<em>(completarea mea, pe regula lui)</em></li>
|
||||
<li><strong>Pune filtrul de preț și volum din start</strong> — altfel lista de sell doji
|
||||
se umple de acțiuni de 7-8 dolari pe care el nu le-ar shorta.</li>
|
||||
<li><strong>Short doar cu vânt din spate</strong>: piață sau sector slab, nu un semnal
|
||||
izolat într-o piață strong bull.</li>
|
||||
</ol>
|
||||

||||
<h2 id="ce-am-lasat-afara">Ce am lăsat afară</h2>
|
||||
<p>Trei secvențe administrative: calitatea video-ului (blurat, share screen,
|
||||
OBS), pornirea înregistrării și obiectele vechi de pe birou, trecerea la
|
||||
lecția de strategie de după Q&A. Plus două remarci fără conținut aplicabil:
|
||||
codul indicatorului Trinity (15-20 de pagini A4) și evoluția programului
|
||||
ATM în ultimii 2-3 ani.</p>
|
||||

||||
<h2 id="ce-e-completare-a-mea-dincolo-de-transcriere">Ce e completare a mea, dincolo de transcriere</h2>
|
||||
<ul>
|
||||
<li>Definițiile doji, limit order, buy to cover, short squeeze, dark pool.</li>
|
||||
<li>Planurile de trade (intrare, SL, TP la 2R) de pe diagramele de buy doji și
|
||||
sell doji — el nu a dat cifre de trade în sesiune.</li>
|
||||
<li>Semnificația parametrului percent la Doji (corpul ca procent din range).</li>
|
||||
<li>De ce semnalele multe într-un sector cresc probabilitatea (vânzare la nivel
|
||||
de sector, fără cumpărător structural).</li>
|
||||
<li>De ce squeeze-ul e atât de rapid (stop-urile short grupate chiar deasupra
|
||||
zonei de intrare).</li>
|
||||
<li>Aritmetica pierderii nelimitate la short (5 → 8.50).</li>
|
||||
<li>Toate diagramele: prețuri, volum și numărul de bare sunt construite de mine,
|
||||
la scară. Ale lui sunt doar regulile (≥ 8 candele, = 0, percent 10, filtrele
|
||||
de 30-40 de dolari și 500 de mii - 1 milion volum) și cifrele din tabelele
|
||||
cu simboluri reale (PIM, PFL, HF, UV, UMC).</li>
|
||||
<li>Tickerele PIM, PFL, HF, UV, UMC sunt transcrise după pronunție; nu le-am
|
||||
putut verifica pe grafic. Simbolurile cu 28 și 12 candele nu au ticker clar
|
||||
în transcriere.</li>
|
||||
<li>Citatele au ortografia normalizată față de transcrierea automată (ex.
|
||||
„haiul" → „high-ul", „buy momentul și pe aimea" → „buy momentum și pe
|
||||
urmă", „de aceea seară" → „de aseară").</li>
|
||||

# Q&A 27.05.2025 — scanner de buy/sell doji după trend, de ce nu shortezi sub 10 dolari
|
||||
|
||||
Sesiune de ~34 min, înaintea unei lecții de strategie. Aproape toată sesiunea
|
||||
e o demonstrație live în scanner-ul TradeStation, cu pauze de întrebări cât
|
||||
rula scanarea. Mai jos, grupat pe subiect (nu în ordinea din înregistrare).
|
||||
Ce am lăsat afară e listat la final.

## Doi termeni folosiți peste tot mai jos
|
||||
|
||||
- **Doji** — candelă cu corp aproape inexistent: open ≈ close, cu fitil în
|
||||
ambele părți. Cumpărătorii și vânzătorii au împins prețul fiecare în
|
||||
direcția lui și s-au întâlnit la final aproape de unde au pornit. După un
|
||||
trend lung, e prima bară în care direcția trendului nu mai câștigă.
|
||||
- **Buy doji / sell doji** — trigger-ul ATM care confirmă doji-ul. Formularea
|
||||
lui: „aștepți trigger-ul de buy doji, să închidă o candelă peste high-ul
|
||||
ăla" — adică o candelă care **închide peste high-ul doji-ului** (la sell
|
||||
doji: închide **sub low-ul** lui). Vine „candela următoare sau 3 candele de
|
||||
la doji". Nu există buy doji fără un doji înainte.
|
||||
|
||||
Diferența contează pentru tot ce urmează: doji-ul e **setup-ul** (te pune pe
|
||||
listă), buy doji-ul e **trigger-ul** (te bagă în trade).
|
||||
|
||||

|
||||
|
||||
## Scanner: buy doji după cel puțin 8 candele de downtrend
|
||||
|
||||
Pe strategia de buy doji simplă, spune el, „nu ai nevoie de nimic" altceva
|
||||
decât un downtrend de 8-10 candele urmat de trigger. Scanner-ul se face din
|
||||
două condiții:
|
||||
|
||||

**Since Bear ≥ 8**, nu = 8: găsește și simbolurile cu 10, 15 sau 20 de
|
||||
candele de downtrend. Contorul numără candelele de la trigger-ul de sell
|
||||
momentum — nu „candele descrescătoare" în sens larg (asta s-ar putea face
|
||||
doar cu un indicator custom, de exemplu „sub o medie mobilă de X candele").
|
||||
|
||||
**„= 0"** — a pus inițial 1, a verificat și l-a schimbat în 0. În sesiune a
|
||||
confirmat că 0 înseamnă ultima candelă închisă, cu mențiunea „n-am testat".
|
||||
Un cursant care pusese 1 a primit semnalele de cu o zi mai devreme. Nu merge
|
||||
cu valori negative: TradeStation numără candelele spre trecut, iar „în viitor
|
||||
nu ai candele".
|
||||
|
||||
**Rezultatul arată și de câte candele e trendul**, într-o coloană — la el
|
||||
8, 12, 28, 9. Poți sorta după ea.
|
||||

|
||||
Avertismentul lui: „o să ratați simboluri în care ai buy doji, buy momentum
|
||||
și pe urmă buy doji". Dacă în mijlocul scăderii apare un trigger de
|
||||
cumpărare, contorul de downtrend pornește de la zero, iar la doji nu mai
|
||||
ajunge la 8 — chiar dacă prețul a scăzut în total mai mult.

Plan de trade construit de mine, simetric cu cel de long: intrare 48.40 la
|
||||
close-ul barei de sell doji, SL 49.85 peste high-ul doji-ului, TP 45.50 = 2R.
|
||||
|
||||
Ce a găsit live, sortând după numărul de candele:
|
||||
|
||||
- **Unul cu 28 de candele de uptrend**, „posibil" și la rezistență. A numărat pe grafic
|
||||
29 — a 29-a era candela în formare, pe care scanner-ul nu o numără. După
|
||||
sell doji a luat-o în jos, „cu volum negativ" — „nu înseamnă că merge de
|
||||
fiecare dată".
|
||||
- **Unul cu 12 candele**, pe care a recunoscut pe grafic un Head & Shoulders;
|
||||
sell doji pe a 12-a candelă, apoi a luat-o în direcția opusă.
|
||||
- **Un rezultat cu ~80 de candele** — „cred că o aberație".
|
||||
|
||||
### Short-ul are nevoie de piață slabă, nu doar de semnal
|
||||
|
||||
Piața era atunci „foarte strong bull", deci „nu prea e de shortat": un sell
|
||||
doji poate fi doar un pullback de tip bull flag, după care prețul reia
|
||||
urcarea. „Când shortăm, să fie overall piața praf."
|
||||
|
||||
**Filtrul pe sector**, în locul pieței întregi:
|
||||
|
||||
| Ce vezi în scanare | Ce înseamnă |
|
||||
|---|---|
|
||||
| 30 de semnale de sell în același sector (ex. basic materials) | tot sectorul are o problemă → probabilitate mai mare |
|
||||
| 2 semnale de sell într-un sector în rest strong bull | ceva specific companiei: probleme în contabilitate, fraudă, un eveniment — poate funcționa, dar e alt tip de trade |
|
||||
|
||||
**De ce ajută (completarea mea):** o companie scade rar singură într-un
|
||||
sector care urcă, pentru că fondurile sectoriale și ETF-urile o cumpără
|
||||
automat odată cu restul. Când 30 de companii din același sector dau semnal
|
||||
simultan, vânzarea vine de la nivel de sector (fonduri care ies din tot
|
||||
sectorul), deci nu există un cumpărător structural care să oprească scăderea.
|
||||
|
||||
---
|
||||
|
||||
## Scanner de doji: lista de așteptare, înainte de trigger
|
||||
|
||||
A doua variantă: scanezi după **doji** (nu după buy doji), ca să ai lista
|
||||
pregătită înainte să vină trigger-ul. Pui lista într-un Radar Screen cu
|
||||
indicatorul ATM și vezi când apare buy/sell doji. „Așa vă puteți pregăti din
|
||||
timp."
|
||||
|
||||
Setarea:
|
||||
|
||||
- Înlocuiești condiția de buy/sell doji cu indicatorul standard TradeStation
|
||||
**Doji** = true.
|
||||
- **Parametrul percent: pune 10, nu 5.** Standardul TradeStation e 5; la
|
||||
buy doji și sell doji ATM e 10 — „vă găsește un doji un pic mai grăsuț".
|
||||
(Completarea mea: parametrul e dimensiunea maximă a corpului, ca procent din
|
||||
range-ul candelei — la 10%, o candelă cu range 1.00 poate avea corp de
|
||||
până la 0.10.)
|
||||
|
||||
Rezultatele live:
|
||||
|
||||
- **UV** — 29 de candele de uptrend și un doji, „dar nu e situația ideală":
|
||||
el vrea un doji clar, de tip spinning. „Trebuie să le iei la mână, să le
|
||||
purichezi."
|
||||
- **UMC** — 32 de candele, doji, iar pe candela de azi se forma sell doji.
|
||||
„Dacă îl aveai în listă de aseară, acum vedeai un sell doji în formare."
|
||||
Dar e o acțiune de 7 dolari — vezi secțiunea de mai jos.
|
||||
|
||||
**Același principiu pentru buy momentum:** când piața scade, scanezi după
|
||||
mai mult de 10 candele de downtrend și găsești „dezastrele". Dintre ele, unele
|
||||
ajung la un **suport important, quarterly sau monthly** („mai rar pe la
|
||||
pivot"). Acolo, dacă ai o **divergență bull**, aștepți buy momentum. La fel
|
||||
pentru buy hammer.
|
||||
|
||||
Legătura cu ce spune despre semnalele lui în general: „foarte rar" sunt pur
|
||||
mecanice — de obicei sunt combinații cu un pattern (divergență, H&S, wedge),
|
||||
iar la bottom „în general avem de a face cu o divergență bull".
|
||||
|
||||
---
|
||||
|
||||
## Filtrele pe care să le adaugi: preț și lichiditate
|
||||
|
||||

Plus: volum relativ, Trinity, suport/pivot, sector — le-a lăsat pe seama
|
||||
training-ului de scanere.
|
||||
|
||||
**Capcanele de setare:**
|
||||
|
||||
1. **Scanner-ul lucrează pe candelă închisă.** Scanând pe daily în timpul
|
||||
zilei, găsește semnalul de ieri, nu candela în formare. (Lucrează la o
|
||||
variantă pe candelă deschisă, care „necesită o putere fantastică de
|
||||
calcul".)
|
||||
2. **Un scanner nou e implicit pe daily.** Dacă vrei 60 sau 30 de minute,
|
||||
schimbi manual time frame-ul; altfel scanează tot pe daily.
|
||||
3. **Toate condițiile pe același time frame.** Nu pui buy momentum pe 60 de
|
||||
minute și downtrend pe daily — „o să vă găsească aberații".
|
||||
4. **Nu stai lângă el.** Programezi scanarea la o oră, lași calculatorul în
|
||||
priză și te uiți pe rezultate când a terminat.
|
||||
|
||||
---
|
||||
|
||||
## De ce nu shortezi acțiuni sub 10 dolari: short squeeze
|
||||
|
||||
Prima lecție de la primul lui mentor, Jeff (Williams): evită short-ul, iar
|
||||
sub 10 dolari nu shorta deloc. El personal „foarte rar" shortează pe swing
|
||||
trading (pe day trading, da). La întrebarea „chiar dacă faci în aceeași zi?":
|
||||
„E riscul tău."
|
||||
|
||||
**Căderile agresive sunt rare** și vin cu un catalizator (Fed-ul, PIB-ul, un
|
||||
indice de inflație). Riscul mare la short e în direcția opusă: **short
|
||||
squeeze**.
|
||||
|
||||
**Definiții, înainte de mecanism:**
|
||||
|
||||
- **Limit order** — ordin care stă în carte la un preț fix și se execută doar
|
||||
dacă prețul ajunge acolo.
|
||||
- **Buy to cover** — ordinul cu care **închizi un short**: cumperi înapoi
|
||||
acțiunile împrumutate. Pe grafic are exact efectul unei cumpărări.
|
||||
(În sesiune a zis „închiderea poziției long se face cu buy-to-cover" —
|
||||
o scăpare de vorbire; e poziția short.)
|
||||
- **Short squeeze** — urcare rapidă produsă de short-uri închise în masă:
|
||||
fiecare buy to cover împinge prețul în sus, ceea ce pune pe pierdere
|
||||
următorul short, care închide și el.
|
||||
|
||||
### Mecanismul, pe double bottom cu al doilea picior mai jos
|
||||
|
||||
Pașii lui:
|
||||
|
||||
1. Există un swing low (primul picior). Retail-ul îl consideră suport.
|
||||
2. Prețul cade sub el → retail-ul intră **short** acolo, pentru că așa a
|
||||
învățat.
|
||||
3. „Băieții cu banii mulți" au **tone de limit order de buy** mai jos.
|
||||
4. Prețul atinge limit-urile → cumpărare masivă „în câteva secunde"; cei
|
||||
short intră pe pierdere și închid cu buy to cover → „până închizi
|
||||
poziția, s-a dus deja 10%" (citat cu ortografia normalizată).
|
||||
|
||||
„Mai ales într-o divergență, dacă volumul e așa, de obicei este short
|
||||
squeeze aici."
|
||||
|
||||

**De ce se întâmplă atât de repede (completarea mea):** stop-urile celor
|
||||
short stau toate într-o zonă îngustă, chiar deasupra locului unde au intrat
|
||||
— la câțiva cenți peste swing low. Când prețul revine acolo, stop-urile devin
|
||||
simultan ordine de cumpărare la piață. Cei care au pus limit-urile jos nu mai
|
||||
trebuie să cumpere agresiv: vânzătorii panicați le-au livrat acțiunile, iar
|
||||
cumpărarea forțată a short-urilor face restul drumului.
|
||||
|
||||
Același mecanism explică de ce breakout-urile de la bottom nu mai fac
|
||||

|
||||
|
||||
**Exemplele de pe S&P pe care le-a arătat:**
|
||||
|
||||
- O candelă daily mare, verde — în intraday, cea mai mare parte s-a format
|
||||
**în 5 minute**. Cei short intraseră când prețul a căzut **sub open-ul**
|
||||
candelei (nu sub low), iar squeeze-ul i-a prins acolo.
|
||||
- O candelă care a deschis cu **gap down**, a fost împinsă în jos, apoi a
|
||||
urcat și a închis aproape de high — uitați-vă unde e high-ul față de close.
|
||||
|
||||
### De ce e mai grav la valorile mici
|
||||
|
||||
- **Manipulabile cu volum mic**: „cu un volum foarte mic poți să miști prețul
|
||||
instant".
|
||||
- **Catalizatori binari**: multe sunt companii de biotehnologie — se aprobă
|
||||
un medicament și acțiunea face **+70% într-o singură zi**.
|
||||
- **Gap-uri în intraday.** Te duci la baie, iar în 15 secunde - un minut
|
||||
a venit squeeze-ul. Fără stop-loss, pierderea e nelimitată. Cu stop-loss,
|
||||
„dacă face gap peste stop-loss-ul tău, la revedere" — iar la valorile mici
|
||||
pot exista gap-uri și intraday. Mecanismul de execuție la gap e explicat în

||||
|
||||
**Aritmetica short-ului (completarea mea):** la long, pierderea maximă e
|
||||
prețul plătit (acțiunea poate ajunge la 0). La short, pierderea nu are plafon.
|
||||
Short la 5 dolari, +70% după aprobarea unui medicament → 8.50, adică o
|
||||
pierdere de 3.50 pe acțiune pe care nu o poți opri dacă prețul sare peste
|
||||
stop.
|
||||
|
||||
### De ce nu te mai poți baza pe DOM / Level 2
|
||||
|
||||
Jeff tranzacționează valorile mici cu DOM (depth of market). Asta mergea
|
||||
„acum 6-7 ani"; acum „e o mizerie": banii mari folosesc **dark pools** —
|
||||
locuri de tranzacționare în afara bursei publice, unde ordinele nu apar în
|
||||
cartea de ordine. Pe Level 2 nu mai vezi zidurile de limit order-uri care
|
||||
contează, deci nu le poți anticipa ca să eviți un squeeze.
|
||||
|
||||

|
||||
|
||||
## Gotchas practice
|
||||
|
||||
1. **Lista din scanner nu e o listă de trade-uri.** UV avea 29 de candele și
|
||||
un doji, dar nu era un doji bun. Iei fiecare rezultat la mână.
|
||||
2. **Nu confunda doji-ul cu trigger-ul.** Doji-ul te pune pe watchlist;

||||
izolat într-o piață strong bull.
|

## Ce am lăsat afară
|
||||
|
||||
Trei secvențe administrative: calitatea video-ului (blurat, share screen,
|
||||
OBS), pornirea înregistrării și obiectele vechi de pe birou, trecerea la
|
||||
lecția de strategie de după Q&A. Plus două remarci fără conținut aplicabil:
|
||||
codul indicatorului Trinity (15-20 de pagini A4) și evoluția programului
|
||||
ATM în ultimii 2-3 ani.

## Ce e completare a mea, dincolo de transcriere
|
||||
|
||||
- Definițiile doji, limit order, buy to cover, short squeeze, dark pool.
|
||||
- Planurile de trade (intrare, SL, TP la 2R) de pe diagramele de buy doji și
|
||||
sell doji — el nu a dat cifre de trade în sesiune.
|
||||
- Semnificația parametrului percent la Doji (corpul ca procent din range).
|
||||
- De ce semnalele multe într-un sector cresc probabilitatea (vânzare la nivel
|
||||
de sector, fără cumpărător structural).
|
||||
- De ce squeeze-ul e atât de rapid (stop-urile short grupate chiar deasupra
|
||||
zonei de intrare).
|
||||
- Aritmetica pierderii nelimitate la short (5 → 8.50).
|
||||
- Toate diagramele: prețuri, volum și numărul de bare sunt construite de mine,
|
||||
la scară. Ale lui sunt doar regulile (≥ 8 candele, = 0, percent 10, filtrele
|
||||
de 30-40 de dolari și 500 de mii - 1 milion volum) și cifrele din tabelele
|
||||
cu simboluri reale (PIM, PFL, HF, UV, UMC).
|
||||
- Tickerele PIM, PFL, HF, UV, UMC sunt transcrise după pronunție; nu le-am
|
||||
putut verifica pe grafic. Simbolurile cu 28 și 12 candele nu au ticker clar
|
||||
în transcriere.
|
||||
- Citatele au ortografia normalizată față de transcrierea automată (ex.
|
||||
„haiul" → „high-ul", „buy momentul și pe aimea" → „buy momentum și pe
|
||||
urmă", „de aceea seară" → „de aseară").
|
||||
